Not a bitter melon but a moap. Moap Squash or Patora Squash is fond of tropical, warm weather. It is native to Asia but its use has spread worldwide. They are normally harvested during late summer or the fall months. It has a similar taste to okra or summer squashes like zucchini or courgette.

So much to expire around Can Tho , major city in the Mekong but so many beautiful waterways and villages, the true Vietnam

Awesome! I generally either book prior on tripadvisor or klook, otherwise if I’m more flexible I’ll organise it in the city I’m in. Enjoy your trip :)
