    I am so, so grateful for this video 🙏. My own experience has pointed me to the conclusions explained here, although with quite a few bumps on the way. I tend to shy away from anything dogmatic, and anything that feels rigid. The hyper-disciplined approach in practising Vippassana was one one hand enlightening and on the other somehow limiting, perhaps because I did not reach near enough the ultimate goal-state. I find this inclusive path to contain a distilation of several traditions most helpful. I sense most connectedness with all that is.

    Good overview - a video about dissolving the physical body into light would be good; emotions, energies and thoughts come and go, but the "physical" elements ...
