Great job man can’t wait to see what your be doing nexts I’m doing the same I’m putting a 5 speed transmission in mine with 3 gen seats and I have 3500 suspension on mine with a 8in lift

I want to do 8 inch lift also but it's so dam expensive. And I'm holding out on motor cause I found a company that can make true custom wire harness for a 5.7 swap just waiting to hear if they can make it plug and play with cab harness.

Yea I'm trying to talk with hotwireauto.com they make hemi swap standalone harnesses for hot rods so I'm seeing if for the right price can they make it to talk with the analog 2ndgen cab harness. I looking in to a 4th gen cab harness but to run right the ECU needs to see alot of things I dont want to swap over like AC and windows and alot of safety stuff we dont have.

Can you make a video on how you did the ac controls

Looks like your finding out that Dodge Chargers are not really compatible with Dodge trucks, how did it all turn out?

Hey sir how did you do the wiring for the dash ?

I may have missed it but I'm not sure so im asking what did you do about the 4x4 shifter problem exactly the plastic "tray" I get but did you have to change to a newer shifter or is it still the same that's my main concern at this point I just picked up a 95 4x4 I plan to do this with too and I could use some help especially with push button start or factory start if that could be managed

The push button depends on what kit you go with. And the shifter the basic fix is loosen to the two bolts at the base and flip it. And it will work its tight but it clears everything.

Not trying to be nosy but I have a dodge as well and would love to do a dash swap after I get my wheels and tires but what is the range that it cost? If don’t want to share that’s fine I was just wondering

It's fine I have about 5 to 600 in to it now but I started with a incomplete dash and wanted the floor cup holder with 4x4 shifter plus that's also including all the stuff I bough thinking I'd need and didnt. And also I had to re buy a few things that I messed up like radio bezel so you could do it for alot less if you have extra material and a cheap complete dash

So it’s really not the expensive of a conversion to do.. does your defrost and stuff work along with the A/C and your floor heat?

@@harris6680 floor heat no and defrost will but not as good as stock but I dont use those really in FL so I didnt try to make them work honestly and no it's not buts alot of work

Ricky marchion do you think there would be a way to make the floor heat and the defrost to work pretty good.. obviously it’s not going to work as well as stock but to still work because I live in Nebraska and windows are always freezing over😂 so I’d prolly need those to work... but how long did it take you to complete this project? Cuz I’ve always wanted to swap dashes in my pickup but now I really want too! But I want everything to work and function mostly😂

I wont look as bad as it sounds when I'm done but ether way everything I do from here on out can be reversible. if it doesnt look right I can get a cubby piece and it will look stock agian
