5x’s per week for me. A tempo run Interval session Long run 2 somewhat easy runs about half in zone 3 and half in zone 4. Not in this order. I usually do the intervals at the beginning of the week to get that 💩 done. I hate and love intervals. I hate doing them, but I love when they are done.

I love the diversity of runners in all the videos, especially since i've been watching y'all from the beginning of my running journey. Seeing my progress represented by different runners is so cool. I had a "memory" pop up on running 3 miles a year ago and my time was roughly 32:00, and just this past monday my 3 mile time at an easier pace was roughly 25:00. My best time so far is 21:56 and my goal is to get as close to 18:00 as possible. Thank you all for the lovely videos and tips!!

I believe I should hit that target in 1-2 months and then my target will probably go further. Are you sure I shouldn't run those 20min at slower and faster than my current HM pace instead and just increase the pace together with my race predictor?

It really does seem like a very long run, plus if you run on relaxed warmup pace for the first and last 5km you’re looking at a 2-3hour workout for most people, who will obviously be running quite a bit slower than someone who does an 80min half marathon
