Today I want to continue with you our exploration of various Champagne houses and brands, and our journey for tasting some of the finest sparkling wines in the world to eventually finding perhaps which is the best buy. A few weeks ago, we talked about probably the 2 most popular of all Champagnes, Moet & Chandon and Veuve Clicquot and we found out they are quite different in terms of branding and also in terms of products. Today I want to explore another staple when it comes to popular Champagnes, the Ruinart house. We’ll talk a little about what makes Ruinart unique, and then we’ll get tasting to find out if it’s worth spending a little more on a bottle of Ruinart than on Moet.
