Where does all the water and soap go?
Not sure if others would be interested, but I would love to see a video of how you clean up the room when you are done. How do the gutters that catch the water get cleaned? How do your tools get cleaned, etc. You have an awesome channel. You do amazing work! Thank you for sharing your work with us.

I wondered how he dried them, surely it would take a while in a warm room... But would have to dry pretty quickly so they don't smell damp....🤔

I am now conditioned to expect that second rinse upon seeing brown tinted water in the bucket after the first rinse. So satisfying when it runs clear. You are the Rug Whisperer. 🤩
Why in the heck would someone use a carpet this nice as a drop cloth??? Thank God you cleaned it up!!! ❤️❤️❤️👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Ok I'm going to own up I never thought that rug would be blue and gold you performed magic over that well done
Yours is probably one of my new favourite carpet cleaning channels! The way you put your videos together is perfect, getting to see the work being done from different angles is great; the length of your videos are not too long, and the slow-motion shots aren't too slow. I also really enjoy the water suction vacuum, and 'Dirt Reynolds' and 'R2 Clean2' make me smile every time. Glad to see you got up okay from the fall, hope you're all right after!

I can't believe they used this beautiful rug for rubble, it deserves a place in the most royal resident home. My mum if she had been here would have paid you for this rug her favourite colour was blue. Well done you do a fantastic job.
Why would someone want to get rid of a beautiful rug like that , it’s really sad that no one appreciates old rugs like that anymore

You're the only carpet guy that I know that properly rinces the rug. Most leave it half dirty still with stains and all. Good job!

I can’t believe someone used such a beautiful rug to collect brick scraps! It’s a little hard to tell, but it was probably pretty expensive when it was new. Can’t wait for you to find one that belongs on the Antiques Roadshow!
I love that you left the slip in lmao! Hope you're ok ❤️ I was like, "oh f***!" Anyways, amazing job on this awful rug. At first I thought it was rust from the color. It really cleaned up nice! Happy Friday everyone!

Try putting hot glue onto the bottom of your shoes. This sounds nuts, but when it dries it creates extra grip.

Such an intricate pattern, how can ppl treat a piece of art so badly? I'm glad you cleaned it so neatly
Never would have guessed that rug was BLUE! It is a lovely rug I wouldn’t mind having. I am a sucker for blue.
I have a particular fondness for these classic style rugs. I love that you were able to clean and restore this beautiful piece.
I really appreciate how well you rinse the rugs! No soap left behind with you. Great workmanship! Glad you aren't hurt 🙂
Next question is: with all of the muck you walk through how do you keep those white boots clean? Lovely job on this lovely carpet!

I actually thought the rug was going to be red! Very surprised to see the blue appearing. Brilliant transformation as always. Had to watch this four times to see the end. Twice was just the rolley up tread on bit and the slip. V funny but hope you're okay haha. And the other times......well it's been a long week and I my eyelids were very heavy!

I'm often confused by people using rugs to collect debris, but I'm happy you keep finding these filthy rugs to clean! Great job on this one, James.
You know the outcome is going to be stunning when the first 2 seconds of the rotary scrubber have you saying WOW! That fall looked like it hurt! I hope you got your back and hip checked and everything is okay!

Oh my, the brick dust made it look like the rug was bleeding! So glad the patient survived & came out looking so nice.
Forgot it was Friday until this gem of a video showed up on my feed. Rug Rescue videos are so so so sooooo satisfying to watch. I'm happy to hear people see your ads and contact you instead of just throwing away rugs. I swear, if you'd livestream your entire work day, I'd sit there, watching every second. (Also, I hope you're okay 😊)
What a transformation! This video is an excellent demonstration of how effective pressure washing the back of the rug is! I wasn't expecting it to be orange again when you flipped it back over.

I've seen less red dirt in a baseball diamond. That was one FILTHY rug! Well done as always.
Two questions: how do the rugs smell when they are clean? Next question, what do you have to do to drain the dirty water?
@williamsmith8354
Жыл бұрын
The dirty water goes down the drain, and the cleaning chemicals neutralize odors as well as add a fresh smell. :)
It started out very red. At the end, it wasn't red at all. That is a beautiful job. When the water poured out clear I was so stoked. I bow to the king of clean !!
I know this sounds really weird but I love it when you hit those corners just as well as the rest of the rug. I have no idea why I find it so satisfying but hey, what can I say🤷🏼♀️

Hard to believe that a rug this beautiful was thought only fit for dirty work and then the garbage! I love this rug, that blue color is my favorite!
Earlier this week, I had to clean some carpet in my house. I channeled my inner Mountain Rug Cleaning powers and went over the spot repeatedly with cleaner, water, and the vacuum. Result? "New" carpet.

I’m sorry this one didn’t come out as well as you’d hoped. Red clay is used to make the bricks and red clay is notorious for staining any kind of fibers it comes into contact with, so not your fault 💜
You sir are a god of carpet cleaning! Love this one. Great before and after. (Hope your dignity is intact and didn't get smashed on the way down.)
I like the way R2 Clean2 literally vomits the soap

Wow, what a pretty rug! Ever have folks see the videos, say “Hey, that’s my rug!” , and try to claim it back?✌🏼
That was a labor of love, never thought it was going to come clean. Persistence pays off.
I am really beginning to love these dirty rugs the best. Leaving the fall only shows your fans that you are human. Keep up th good work.

Thanks James. Your videos never disappoint. I'm so happy for you that your channel is enjoyed by so many people!

My mother had a rug very similar to this one when I was a kid. I remember playing on it all the time!
One of my fave rug cleanings!
It's amazing what people will do to these rugs and then how well they come out after cleaning.
You did yourself justice completely, red brick dust ( I’m assuming that’s what had been on the rug) is a complete nightmare to get rid of!
I'm glad you're not hurt from slipping! We'd hate to hear you were injured! Take good care of yourself!!
You have the same dedication to cleaning a free rug as you do with the paid ones. Excellent work.
I like the way you do an extra clean to make sure the carpet is really clean....
Sorry about your fall love, I hope that you are okay, love the work you do on the rugs such transformations!
I was reading the comments while watching, and kept seeing comments about your fall. I was so relieved when you shrugged it off after getting back up, I was finally able to relax and enjoy the rest of the video knowing that you didn't get seriously hurt.
It's such a crime to have ruined such amazing rug with rubbles. People are really stupid. Splendid job on restoring it.

I would never have guessed the rug was blue and yellow. It’s amazing you were able to get all that red out. The red just kept coming and coming and coming. Fantastic job!

I don't know why I find this oddly satisfying to watch I think it's to see the finished product and how the rugs look especially when they are so caked with dirt and mud and debris etc some of these rugs are pretty cool

Awesome job and attention to detail! All your hard work is certainly impressive!
You always do a smashing job on rugs. I am totally amazed at some of the rugs that have been discarded. I am sure some of them are quite valuable and it is a shameful waste. Lovely to see you restore and then give to charity or rescue centres. Absolutely love watching your videos even though I am in Australia.

Once again a great transformation of a still life in it yet rug. Just goes to show you can never be to careful even with the right footwear and flooring, yes had a chuckle.

Not sure how much better that could have come out. Came out looking amazing in the end.
