I love the way you take a patio that is so dirty you can't see any colors and you bring out all of the original colors. It looks wonderful.

The fence was the icing on the cake in this video. That really made a difference!

Cleaning the green FENCE was very satisfying to watch..

Nice one Jake. Always nice to do a little extras for these nice customers. Such as the green FENCE. I find the elderly particularly are grateful.

Fence looked new again! The patio looks like it was just laid! Beautiful job!

The beauty of the sandstone REALLY comes through at the end. You can even see the textures of it, which were hidden under all that grime. Amazing job! The fence looks great, too. And I hope the owners took the opportunity, now that it's cleaned, to give it another coat of stain and sealant, to help protect it in the years to come. Great work!

I like that you didn't leave the pots for the owner to put back on the patio. You did it all.

I would never have guessed the stonework was so beautiful. Well done.

Ikr! And I was surprised how light the stone was. Though you could clearly see it was dirty and grimy, I still thought it was going to be a naturally darker stone, like grey slate or such. I do think in the beginning he said it was sandstone but I just thought, Did I hear that right? 😂 It's just a beautifully made patio and stonework all around, too. Now those stone planters need a good wash!

Agreed. The fence tied it all together. I was slightly disappointed that the planters weren't cleaned off as well, but the fence was satisfying.

I enjoyed and was impressed by the cleaning but also Wow I'm envious of that whole property! The patio and walkways, the sunroom and greenhouse, all so interesting and delightful variations in what is not actually that much space, by square-foot. And of course the fence, both design AND well-cleaned. 😁

Stout walls make good neighbors. Clean walls make friends of neighbors.

Very pretty fence, with its random, wavy boards. So good that you cleaned it. Before, all I could see was the algae! Fences turn green from algae growing on them in chronically wet and humid conditions, and once it's there, even two days of rain can spring it back into growth and cover it! Even tree bark is vulnerable to it.

The FENCE cleaned up nicely. The entire job is beautiful!

You were right. The hypo saved the day. Also, love when you clean those green FENCE panels. Cheers! 🦠💎☺️

Haven't been to Oregon or Washington state? The climate (outside of the hot, dry summers) is very much like England and Scotland.

Just can’t believe people with these. Beautiful homes don’t power wash them every year on their own. Crazy absolutely crazy. I power wash every year. It makes me feel good. Unbelievable.

Im pretty physically limited and i have a little powerwasher, too. I guess its just not something people know how to do. Otoh, i dont live somewhere where it gets green or we have black spot. I could never handle chemicals like that.

That sounds quite judgemental. Not everyone has the time or is capable to do it themselves.

I can watch someone else work all day. This man did an awesome job. I would like to find someone to clean my patios as beautiful as he did.
