Me too! I have two rugs badly in need of a clean - thanks to a new puppy.
The fact that spend the time and effort in cleaning this rug and then donate it is a lovely gesture. Especially to the animal rehoming shelter. Thank you for that 🙏🏻
I can't quite believe that it's the same rug . . . James, I watch these videos not for ASMR reasons, nor to send me to sleep, but for the undoubted pleasure of watching an expert in his field work his magic. Your presentation, standards of cleanliness, and the editing of the film footage, put your channel way above that of any other rug cleaner. So many things to enjoy: the scritchy brush, the blue squeegee cleaning of the floor, and the bucket of clear water at the end---to say nothing of the actual rescue of discarded rugs and the environmental value thereof---all add up to 20 minutes of pure unadulterated bliss. Thank you.
The fluffy rugs are always my favorite! I have this weird urge to take a nap on fluffy clean rugs.
It must be so exhausting to clean a rug that size with a pile that deep that's so dirty and such a light natural colour! Very very well done, sir! 😯👍

Love arcadia rug spa. I saw one of their videos with a urine stained 100% wool rug with super deeply ground dirt. After cleaning it incredibly well and drying it he put some kind of product on the urine burn marks and sat the rug out in the sun and it totally whitened the rug!!! So beautiful 💖
