Too right!! "Manners don't cost anything." After all. But that being said it's rather sad the amount of people who don't show politeness and grace these days. Especially when you consider how much effort it really even takes to say thank you to another person.

Same here held a door open for a 'lady and was called a f*****g male shovenist pig ,never did it since ,although at caterpillar in co Durham (I worked there for about 12 years as a contractor repairing forklifts ,cat ones of course) the men there hold doors open for everyone, the response is usually a cheery thanks bud ,must be the American influence.

When has it ever been "rude and very disrespectful" to be an observational comedian? Observational comedy is literally designed to comment on and make fun of what you see in your day to day life, and people (in this case, very many) find it funny because it's relatable to them-here it's how often you come across a mardy old person who doesn't smile, doesn't talk to you properly and doesn't bother to have any manners. They don't get a free pass because of what they might've done eight decades ago, if anything that should empower them and make them feel happier than anyone else because according to you every old person alive today literally saved the world at some point. If you don't like this style of comedy, then do us all a favour and ride away on that high horse you so desperately want to sit on.

Micky is good at singling out groups of the population. Like his disgusting joke about the examination for prostate cancer... Prostate cancer kills 11000 men each year.. That's more than the amount of women that die from breast cancer... His comedy hasn't helped our campaign for early tests... I know some will say you can laugh at anything.. But won't have lost a loved one.. The extra horror of prostate cancer is its genetic and often takes many from one family... Micky has an opportunity to help... But doubt he would... Karma..

The fact he talks about it makes his audience think about it.. That's sort of how it works. Surely most adults are aware of how a prostate exam goes, and won't be swayed one was or another by a comedian joking about it. Have a day off will you, fun sponge.
