Especially Darth Dawkins. He's the worst of them. An ignorant, narcissistic old man who weaponizes the bible to 'dunk' on atheists so he appears smart. He's the very example of the Dunning-Kruger effect. He will bully and insult you whenever you don't follow his script. He will also use manipulation tactics to dodge questions and try to shut-up the atheists by constantly asking questions. You must give a specific response to his script, otherwise he will call you rude and evasive. When you're in a debate with Darth that has neutral mods, you must be assertive and not let Darth steer the conversation, otherwise he will interrogate you constantly and you will get to speak less than 20% of the time. Whenever you want to ask questions, he'd ask you to wait, but he will never allow you direct questions at him and what he believes until after the whole script, only clarifying ones if you're lucky. If the mods favors Darth, don't even bother speaking to him. He will use the mods to mute you and try to force you to say a specific response for his script. The goal is to get you to say, "I don't know." That's his trap. Avoid that and you'll see him get frustrated real fast.

I say this is a great victory if Christian Apologists must resort to presup. Presup is very easy to counter since their premise is always question begging and empty assertions. Darth Dawkins is the worst apologetic I’ve ever seen. He’s very narcissistic and spiteful individual, especially when you don’t follow his little script.

He’s said before though he knows he can’t prove anything he says when I asked him how you DEMONSTRATE his “god” exists, how it came to exist, why/how it “created” anything, why it made us, why his god gets special treatment versus other gods, and how he knows ANYTHING he believes about it is accurate. A common thing with guys like DD is that this is ALL about HIM and is 100% based around his emotional entitlement and need for constant validation. They have weak faiths and they come here to vent by insulting people and acting childish. Which is why they speak in absolutes and insist that they’re the only ones that can be trusted to have accurate knowledge of anything. They know the facts aren’t on their side so they dismiss them. It’s why he deflects so much rather than DEMONSTRATE what he says is true. From what we’ve heard and witnessed (Tom Rabbits channel has this info I believe) he’s such an awful, abusive person his family left him, and he refuses to acknowledge fault. Once again demanding godly authority to dismiss his behavior. When you give people the ability to say they “speak for god” then they lose all character, and demand to have their detached minds praised for acting atrocious.

I don't understand how he ever expects this to get through to people. If no one responds favorably of COURSE they're not going to listen, and if you steamroll them with random crap of COURSE they're going to want clarification. None of these tactics are going to get you anywhere, and they haven't been getting him anywhere. It's only been getting him to look more and more ridiculous as time goes on. I'm glad he's banned from all these shows now because he's just a prick who claims everyone else is a prick instead.

I've listened to him quite a lot of times and if nothing else he's consistent, he just can't have anyone disagree with his self delusion, he has the same conversation with everyone the only time he doesn't get hung up on is on his own vlogs where he cuts everyone off then banns them until the only person left is as bat shit crazy as him. I think he's dangerous and possibly insane, he should be in a rubber lined room 24/7.

EF is unable to explain his words. Albert Einstein most famously said “If you can't explain it to a six-year-old, you don't understand it yourself.” EF just wants to wow his followers with a bunch of word salad.

The only issue is the reason they would accept the explanation is because an adult told it to them, rather than internally being able to fully process every step of the explanation logically and thus recognize it as accurate. But that is, I propose, due to us not specifically teaching six year old's the process of logical thought, because I have encountered highly inquisitive children around the age of six who very diligently follow a logical process of reasoning, despite not knowing that's what they are doing. It just isn't common in six year old's (or people in general).

The only people who are opposed to being interrupted are reciting a script. When they’re interrupted often, they lose where they are in the script.

Darth dawkins favorite part of his script. When someon brings up a point that he doesnt have an answer to,, "you're being rude, you' cutting me off. Now can i ask my question?" A question, i might add that i have heard him give a 45 minute lecture before getting to. And he still never gets to any question.

The caller wants to drop twenty tons of gishgallop onto the hosts all at once, then force them to sort through it while the caller makes vague, unsupported excuses the whole time - which is just more gishgallop. The last things an apologetic wants are fair, unbiased discussions, or to forced to actually answer a question. And he'll absolutely cry 'foul' if you don't dance to his tune. This is a common tactic in any online forum dealing with religion, politics, etc. It is inherently dishonest.

The caller doesn’t appreciate that what one thinks is a product of HOW one thinks. Minds can be open or closed, which is the fundamental difference between those who are seeking truth, and therefore open to new data points, and those (theists) who embrace a fixed narrative and are unwilling to allow evidence that doesn’t fit their preconceived belief.

I don't see why presupps attempt to convince other people. They're essentially saying "we take one particular interpretation of the Bible as given". Since they don't feel any need to justify that stance, it seems pointless to try engage with people who don't. It's just a complete dead end.

It's a classic crybully practice- just talk and talk and steamroll over the conversation, and when someone wants to throw on the breaks and get clarification or challenge an assumption, suddenly they're being attacked and persecuted.

Personally I would have let him get to his question, but I would preface that with “Okay, before I answer your question I would like to ask you a few things just to make sure we are on the same page if that’s alright…”
