All great stuff, Augie! Sucks about that Dio. I wanted that one but it was sold out. I’m always tempted by those bootlegs. I try to find them on KZread before I buy, just to get an idea of the quality. The Maiden 83 in Paris (I think) is pretty sweet! Let us know how those sound. The Mercyful Fate looks badass! 👊🏼🤘🏼

I’m listening to the Fate now… not the best recording … but it’s cool, I don’t hate it …

I picked up four AC/DC gold vinyl issues: High Voltage, Powerage, Highway to Hell and Back in Black. Awesome pick-ups, Aug. BTW, there are gold issues of Highway to Hell and Back in Black. I have them. The other two you mentioned are ltd. exclusives.

My local record store didn't get any of the Eric Carr vinyls so I had to order from spin me round records I follow here on KZread. Still waiting for it to arrive but it's in route! I've been buying the gold acdc vinyl, I didn't buy the 2003 remasters on vinyl at the time so I figured this would be a good time to get the remasters on vinyl! ⚡🤘🏻

I think there is more to seeing that Dio picture disk. I think that as it’s spinning you have to look at it through your phones camera. Or an app. I’m not exactly sure.

Trixter and Faster Pussycat opened my first KISS concert.all I can remember is one of them had this rap they did onstage that went: SH*T! GAHHDAM! GET OFF YER ASS AND JAM! I didn't realize it at the time but it was the last I'd be hearing out of both of those bands

If I could pick one concert that would be it. Maybe sometime you could show some obscure American power metal bands. I love Metal Church, Armored Saint. Is there any less well known ones you would recommend?? I think the Americans do this type of metal best

My early shows were KISS , Pink Floyd the wall , Priest w/ maiden … Ac/dc we’re still a warm up act around that time … I saw the Back in Black tour and on… there were a few other shows I saw early on .. just never saw Bon …. I have some Metal Church and most Armored Saint , both great bands .. Other bands … you could check out Virgin Steele , Talas , Riot for sure ,the Rods ,I have a video of “ bands to check out “ as well ..Manowar ,but check out Kamelot, Iced Earth ,Savatage,…
