Here is part 1 of the translation of the speech made by me (I put some comments to clarify who or what was being talked to or about in [] ): "[to the media] Can we? Alright. Of course, we are disappointed that, today, it was prevented that truth be told about the NATO aggression on SR Yugoslavia 25 years ago. I want to say that we arrived at the request of the UN Security Council to discuss this topic, that we consider this topic very important for the international legal order, and that, just as the bombing of Serbia [which was a part of SR Yugoslavia at the time] was itself a precedent, that a precedent here in the UN Security Council just happened that didn’t for a long time - procedural voting happened, on which the members of the UN Security Council should have, I believe, decided on some time ago, and not now when the session had already started. Thanks to the countries that openly supported that this topic discussed today - Russia, China and Algeria. Thanks to those that didn’t support, as well - many countries abstained so that they wouldn’t cause themselves certain problems with the great powers. But there were also some countries that didn’t want to talk about something where it is obvious that double standards exist. You remember that these countries said at that time that this decision was indeed illegal, but that it was “necessary” for the so-called “humanitarian reasons”. About how humanitarian this was, the data says it: an almost complete ethnic cleansing of Serbs from Kosovo and Metohija was done. With the same reasoning, do we now need a “humanitarian intervention” against Pristina, when what is happening now is happening - the crimes against the Serbian people, when 14% of Serbs were banished in the last several months, when Pristina doesn’t want to form the Association of Serbian Municipalities [agreed upon over ten years ago in Brussels Agreement]. Instead, Pristina is being rewarded - instead of a “humanitarian intervention”, they are rewarded with membership in various international organizations, such as the Parliamentary Assembly of NATO, or the Council of Europe. I regret that some countries choose the role of the spokespersons of those that committed the aggression against our country, but since we couldn’t say it on the UN Security Council session, we will distribute what we wanted to say media in the country and the world. What is certain is that the NATO aggression is illegal from the view of international law, that the use of force is illegal in the international relations and is a breaking of the fundamental principles of international law, including the UN charter. The members of NATO said this themselves, qualifying this military action as an illegal, but a “legitimate” use of force, with the aim of stopping the “humanitarian catastrophe”. It is cynical that, today, we are unable to even speak in the UN Security Council, and that this UN Security Council was not even asked 25 years ago whether this attack on our country should be commenced. So, together with getting bombed, you are also not allowed to say anything about it. That says about the international legal order, about the international law, about whether the UN and its Security Council still exist. The arbitrary use of armed force is not permitted. It is only possible in strictly defined conditions that are written in the UN charter. NATO, and its member states, did not have a basis in the international law for the aggression on [SR] Yugoslavia. Why? Because for all these years and decades, there was an illegal fight for the secession of Kosovo from Serbia and Yugoslavia. You are witnesses of everyone in the UN Security Council talking about the countries’ territorial integrity. Only the territorial integrity of Serbia is not to be spoken of."

Here is part 2: "It is possible for the KLA [Kosovo Liberation Army], which was considered a terrorist organization, even by the USA, to fight for the secession of the “Kosova Republika”. This was not only during Milosevic [the president of the SR Yugoslavia in 1999], but also before Milosevic, during Tito, and also in the times of the Prizren League. For multiple centuries, a fight to secede Kosovo from Serbia and thus the demolition of the territorial integrity of Serbia. What kind of ethnic cleansing is this, that you heard of? The ethnic cleansing on Kosovo. How is it possible that, as a result of this “ethnic cleansing”, from 437 places south of Ibar [a river separating northern Kosovo from the rest of Kosovo] that were inhabited by Serbs, 312 are completely ethnically cleansed. In Pristina itself, 40000 Serbs lived in the 1990s - now they are only in the hundreds. What’s the issue-- Is that the ethnical cleansing of Albanians, or of Serbs? Whatever happened, it couldn’t be a reason for the aggression on Serbia, under which hundreds of civilians died. 2500 civilians, out of which 89 children, were killed. 1031 members of the military and police died, as well, those of a country that hadn’t attacked any other country, but only defended its own. About 6000 civilians were wounded, of which 2700 were children. About 2300 strikes were done. 22000 tons of projectiles, among which 37000 forbidden cluster bombs, as well as 15 tons of depleted uranium bombs, were all thrown at our country. In the bombing, a great amount of infrastructure, economic facilities, schools, health facilities, media houses, monuments of culture, temples, churches and monasteries were destroyed. 50% of the economic potential of the country was ruined. A third of the energetic system of the country. The embassy of China, in which two people died, was also attacked. The building of the RTS [the state media] was destroyed on the 23rd of April, in which 16 reported died. The building of the RTV [the northern province media] was demolished on the 3rd of May, on the international day of media. With the destruction of refineries of oil and chemical plants, vital damage was caused to the environment. The article 35 of the additional protocol of Geneva Convention has been violated - NATO used graphite bombs to strike five power plants. And so on. When speaking of civilian casualties, it is especially cynical and dehumanizing to use the term “collateral damage”, which was invented to try to calm the consciousness of those that committed these crimes. It is my duty to remind that the youngest victim of the aggression is Bojana Tosovic from Merdare, which was only 11 months old when she died from the consequences of the aggression. Three-year-old Marko Simic from Novi Pazar died in the arms of his father. Three-year-old Milica Rakic was killed in the water closet of her house, from the cluster bombs dropped on Batajnica. If these were your children, or those of your close ones, would you be able to call them “collateral damage”? It will remain a permanent symbol of suffering of innocent people. In the attack on a passenger train in the Grdelica gorge, that NATO characterized as an “accident” [it was later proven that the video provided was sped up three times so that it looked like the train couldn’t be noticed fast enough], 15 civilians died. A passenger train was hit! A bridge full of people was bombed. A market in Nis was hit by cluster munition, killing 15 civilians. Obstetrics and gynecology clinic, hospitals, health centers… What kind of military targets are these? What kind of “humanitarian catastrophe” and “humanitarian reasons” were these for these kind of crimes to be conducted in the NATO aggression? This is something that, of course, was not stopped after the military action was ceased, after the Kumanovo agreement. We have a situation where, today, from the 10th of June, 9400 ethnically motivated attacks on individuals and their property were committed - 666 Serbs and other non-Albanians were killed, 1471 were wounded, 1092 were kidnapped. 33411 houses or flats were burnt or ruined. 232 religious objects and 63 cultural or historic monuments were damaged or destroyed, 9750 tombstones on 275 graveyards were damaged or destroyed. Is this what the UN Security Council was not supposed to hear? One thing will remain in our memory forever. Those people died for the freedom and the territorial integrity of our country. Serbia did not attack anyone. “Kosovo” wanted a secession, using the terrorist organization of KLA, with the help of western and extreme Islamist factors. There is clear data about this, Gelbart spoke about this in 1998, even the ministry here in the USA, the host of the UN, listed KLA as a terrorist organization. The military action was conducted without the approval of the UN Security Council because it was known that it wouldn’t be possible to do it legally. This decision never got any legality even after the NATO aggression in 1999. Is the-The matter of territorial integrity was observed with double standards. That’s why it’s important that we could also see today that this matter is viewed through the relations of the great powers. We are not here to speak on the relations of Russia, the USA, France. We are here to talk about the aggression on Serbia, on SR Yugoslavia, which was not authorized by this body [the UN Security Council], which was a precedent, just like this decision today is a sort of a precedent. The problem is that this is all happening over Serbia and the Serbian people [as in they have to suffer because of it]. For the Serbian people, the aggression will always remain a crime, that we, of course, cannot forget. Yes, we have to continue cooperating even with the countries that participated in the aggression on our country, but the truth about it must not and it is definitely not good to be avoided so that we could stop these sort of things happening to others, as well. If the UN Security Council may not even talk about this event, how can it then stop it from happening from occurring again? A question arises - does the international legal order even exist? I think you all know the answer to it. [to the media] Thank you."

Slovenija vršila blokadu spoljne granice SFRJ koja je nadležnost SFRJ a ne Slovenija i još teroristi slovenački napali jedino legalnu Vojsku JNA...Hrvatska Tuđman ,ustaška emigracija,Vatikan i Nemačka prekršili Ustav Hrvatske kada su menjali Ustav Hrvatske BEZ UČEŠĆA OBA KONSTUTATIVNA NARODA Hrvatske...Posle Tuđam i družina proterali Srbe iz gradova Hrvatske,sa njihvoih poslova i i z njihovih stanova a onda naravno sa svojim teroristima secesionistima napali jedino Vojsku JNA koja nije nigde došla kako to lupetaju iz Hrvatske već je bila na svojoj teritoriji u svojoj zoni odgovornosti sa jasnim ustavnim ovlaštenjima za borbu protiv spoljnjeg i unutarnjeg neprijatelja...Što se tiče BiH slični pokušaji kao na prostoru Hrvatske kada su Muslimani i Hrvati iz BiH pokušali da preglasaju Srbe i prekrše na taj način Ustav BiH I KONATUTATIVNA PRAVA NARODA BOSNE I HERCEGOVINE...Posle ide instaliranje Alije Izetbegovića KOJI NIJE POBEDIO NA IZBORIMA VEĆ JE PORAŽEN OD FIKRETA ABDIĆA I TO UBEDLJIVO SA VIŠE OD 100 000 GLASOVA U KORIST FIKRETA ABDIĆA...Fikret naravno nije bio za rat i naravno nije bio deo Muslimanskog bratstva koje je stvorilo i koje kontroliše britanska obaveštajna služba...Možemo do sutra da navodimo koje ste sve prekršaje počinili i nije vama problem ni Srbija ni Dačić već je vi pokušavate da zataškate da ste prekršili i Međunarodno Pravo i Helsinški akt o nepovredivsoti međunarodno priznatih Država članica UN-a.prekršili ste i Ustav SFRJ pa i Ustave Republika kao i konstutativna prava naroda na prostoru Hrvatske i BiH...Po Ustavu SFRJ Republike imaju mehanizam samoopredlenja ali taj mehanizam je USLOVLJEN tako da se sa tim moraju složiti SVE REPUBLIKE DA BI SE MOGAO KORISTITI...Sve ste prekršili i nikad nećete moći ni opravdati ni leglaizovati sve te prekršaje koji su teška krivična dela koja NIKADA NEZASTAREVAJU...Problem je u Zapadu koji je sve to podržao i zaputio se negde u smeru nekih ludih ambicija zbog kojih će Evropa OPET PLATITI SKUPU CENU...

A ko je rekao da je samo bilo u Beogradu?Opet bi da pravite neku priču koju niko nikad nije pomenuo...Neće te legalizovati te silne prekršaje i ni još 10 Amerika da postoji to neće proći kako se zamišlja...Račun uvek stiže pre ili kasnije...

English Summary: Basically, UN does not see the need to illustrate the injustice in NATO’s bombarding Serbia (at that time the country was still a Yugoslavian Republic) in 1999 (this week was the anniversary). NATO’s inhumane actions are not questioned, as if UN is not recognizing all civilians who lost lives and the ecological damage left on the bombarded land to this day. UN is saying actions were illegal by NATO but not illegitimate. That’s all they have to say on that topic. Kosovo area is the main topic here because it was part of what is Serbia today and following the 1999 NATO bombarding, Albanian nation living in Kosovo (“Siptar”) are terrorizing Serbian residents in Kosovo to this day. NATO and allies are in full support of Kosovo as Albanian (not Serbian) and even though they recognize/recognized Kosovo as one of terrorist group centres of the world, they are in full support and finance a non-Serbian Kosovo.
