Royal Kludge RK84 Mechanical Keyboard - Review and Sound Test
The Royal Kludge RK84 is the best budget mechanical keyboard in 2021. I believe it's the best gaming mechanical keyboard in 2021 especially with the brown switches. This is also the best wireless mechanical keyboard also with RGB! Not just that but the best budget wireless mechanical keyboard in 2021. This is my FULL review and sound test of the Royal Kludge RK84 an 80% budget mechanical keyboard. When you compare this to other options such as the Glorious GMMK , Keychron, Logitech PRO keyboard, Razer Huntsmen, Razer Black Widow, this is the best bang for your buck. I also believe this is the best budget mechanical keyboard for gaming. You can get the Royal Kludge mechanical keyboard in white or black. Thanks for watching!

This is amazing! It’s a crime that you only have 1.5k subs! Still, you have earned another subscriber sir!
This is 55$ in my country and it's such a steal. 5 pin hotswap, 2.4ghz wireless, Bluetooth, 3750 mah battery, rgb, 75% layout, removable frame and very good build quality. Nothing compares to the features you're getting for such a low price.

I just bought the same keyboard and it's great! With some tape and liquid silicone I have thock sound for 5$. For me the RGB is nice I don't care about the software and by the way the 2.4 Ghz dongle works perfectly fine from 8 meters( 26 feet).

Good video! Recommendation: please lower the volume of the sound while you’re talking
Great review!!
Keyboard aside, dang, nice video, and that voice, could convince me of anything 😂
Great review. Regarding the Wifi dongle, what is your setup? Where is the dongle located and how far is it in relation to the keyboard?
I really like your Video, all i wanna know. The only 2 Things you can do better is use light for your Camera shot and please move the volume of the music down while you speaking it is very hard for me to understand you, because i am hard of hearing. Thanks for this Video, keep going!
Im from philippines and I already bought another 1 so I have 2 rk84s now. Black and white. This is so good
The usb dongle range is very good. I can use it anywhere inside my room without any delays
You convinced me with this one. i am currently using a Cooler Master CK350. So this will be my first keyboard as I take the plunge in mechanical keyboard with hot swappable switches. All thought I will be getting blue switches. Anyway more power to your channel.
Got mine today and so far the dongle works fine for me. I plugged it into my monitor, which had a spare port next to my BT dongle and I guess it is the perfect place for it, given the distance (about 45 cm). Coming from my old Filco TKL it takes a bit of getting used to the layout and lack of gaps, but it is not too bad. It also sounds and feels very differently. My Filco was hammering straight onto the steel base plate, so it was quite a bit louder. The RK feels kinda dampened, not sure if there's a rubber mat or something between the keys or if it is just the lack of the steel backplate - and it is obviously much quieter because of that. The switches feel good and very soft. I went with Red because my Filco uses MX Reds, so the feel is at least similar. How long they'll hold out we'll have to see but at least the board allows for easy switching. What I don't like that much is the white layer. I know it is to reflect more light between the keys but I think taking off the frame is kind of a stupid feature when you have a black board that then shows that white layer.
Nice review! Would have liked to have heard the typing without the music tho

hi, i would like to ask, if how do you charge the keyboard? switching off or on? how do i know if its charging? thanks !
is there a problem with the latency? I'm planning to use this for competitive gaming.
Hows the connectivity using bluetooth? While using Bluetooth, any latetency for gaming?

Could you please test Wireless on further distances than only 2 feet? I would like to see if i can use it from sofa.
I got this keyboard and love it but I keep getting a pink flash on the Q and P key, how do I get rid of it
Say compare to big brand like coolermaster ck530 does rk84 is better than brand name?
Just got this keyboard today, and apparently, RK84 changed their design and decided to seal off the 2 USB ports (that's what the seller said to me), may I ask anyone of you have the same thing happened? I was so stoked about this keyboard with the 2 USB ports and now I'm kinda disappointed not gonna lie... Rip
can you connect your mouse on the RK84's USB port? does it function as a USB hub?
How long did it take for you to charge yours up?
do you have a link to the software and what does the FN + Enter button combo do? it lights up nums 1-8 green but doesn't do anything
Just why would you not turn off the background music during the sound test?
Hey did you mod your space-bar?
Is it bad for the battery if I keep using the wired mode?
Is this keyboard bluetooth 3.0 or 5.0? I saw that different webpages have different information on that.
