Thank You for this.....i own same 500 classic and facing the same problem. Also whenever i cold start my bike and put it on gear, it tends to move forward without even releasing the clutch. The same problem occurs while starting the bike on gear so I've to press the front brake hard and then press the self button. Complained many times about this to RE service center but so solution since 2 years

Hi Sir ,How are you ? mere clutch ka play bhi thoda jyada tha to mene 3 mm kiya fir gadi gear me start karte he aage chalti thi it’s means clutch acche se engage nahi ho raha tha to accordingly mene adjust kiya to gap 3 mm se jyada hua but bike aage move karti thi 1st gear pe start karne se wo band hue .. aisa bhi hota hai kya ? ya meri setting galat hai
