Bro bilkul same problem mere sath hui thi....but mai 20km hi bike chala k hi uske pas wapas legya to wo bola ki sir ye to pump change hoga or kharcha bta diya badhiya wala...but fir 1 dusre mechanic ko dikhaya to usne sirf rh cover khol k ye ring lagai or bike thik hogyi....ye market me aadhe se jyada mechanic chor hai saale....but thanks to u ki aap aise videos daal k aware kardete ho

Bhai meri bike 2018 ka classic model hai aur maine aaj tak hamesha authorized service center par hi servicing karwai hai, fir bhi meri bike me aisa sound aa raha hai bahut dino se. Ye authorized service center wale bhi paise lootne ke liye baithe hai baki kaam inko bhi theek se nahi ata

After watching hundreds of videos of NCR Motorcycles, I come to know a great mechanic recognises bike issues by barely listening to its noises. ❤

I have a Thunderbird 350. There was a loud tappet noise while riding my bike suddenly. My regular mechanic who services my bile told me that it would cost 9000 rupees to stop the loud tappet noise. He told me that the crank bearings, hydraulic tappets and the valves may have to be replaced. Your video helped me understand how the engine works. I checked and found the oil level very low (about 1.3 litres). I changed the oil, filter and opened the Cam covers to check the oil flow. There was oil flow to the cams. Now my bike is silent and functioning properly. Thank you. Keep up this good work.

You really won my heart when while assessing the bike you said “Dua karunga ke hydraulics na badalne pade”. Kitney log aisa sochtey honge kaam karne se pehle? Most mechanics want to slit you open when doing something because not many have technical understanding and the mechanics or the service station take undue advantage. Awsome work...I have a similar problem with my Electra engine sound is wierd..like engine makes more sound than stock silencer...have asked my mechanic and per him this sound develops after some time...I have been trying to visit your workshop but Friday's it's closed and that's when I have week off...hope to get appointment soon and get it checked....again great job done...

Thank you. Very informative. My Classic 350, coincidentally same color, have similar tepid sound. The noise sometimes starts and then goes away after some time. I have informed the mechanic while servicing but still it continues. Next time I'll make sure to ask the mechanic to open RH cover and check the O-ring. Thank you.
