@Officer Hernandez You clearly haven't followed Roy at all throughout his career..and yes jaw dropping speed-- i guarantee you that your hands are no where near as fast as Roy's are at the age of 51. FYI, the fight is an exhibition between two Greats in the sport of boxing....50 year old aren't your 50 year olds from 300 years ago...its a new day, so if they can still get in there then so be it.

That's what I'm thinking. A lot of hands down and flat feet. Roy could get away with that back in the day but he's not gonna get away with it here. Or maybe he'll just hold, which will make for a boring fight.

In my personal opinion, if Roy Jones will be able to contain the rage of Tyson ( especially in the first round ) might have a chance to win, but only if he will keep Iron Mike at distance, they are 2 different boxers, they fought in 2 different categories and Jones is not used to resist at the heavyweight punches but often the technique can beat the power and Jones is a real Master!.

@@Conda17 this thread is hilarious. I guess most of these people didn't follow much boxing back in the 80s and 90s when Mike was fighting. Mike Tyson, although I love him, was the most overrated Heavyweight in boxing history. He KO'D old washed up champions and when he finally faced legitimate opposition, he got his ass kicked or bit an ear off. This is a money grab, two old has beens preparing to steal money. Roy Jones has been fighting consistently up until about 2 yrs ago. Tyson may look good but this is an exhibition..

@@DILIPKUMAR-wz7gp yeah, I've been hearing about how incredible he would of been but we will never know, we only know what we did see...and it wasn't anything more than discussed. Tyson was a myth created by his personality. He was packaged and sold and it was easy to love him and his charisma. People forget he was convicted of rape.

Roy about to pepper "Granny Mike Tyson" up. I'm going with Roy. He's steady in the gym at some capacity throughout his entire life and even now he was still in the gym with active fighters training and still has the vision and perhaps still the better reflex. I get why Mike should be favored being the nature heavyweight and monster puncher but like Roy says Ya Must of Forgot!

@@Mickieshelton Tyson's Stamina only matters if the fight goes to deeper waters. If Roy can't avoid Tyson's aggression it will be a short fight. Tyson usually moves while throwing devastating power punches. Roy's defense as of late is to cover up and hold rather than move his feet out of harm's way. His countering has been more of a wide stance with weight shifting and leaning to avoid punches and counter. Stationary targets for Tyson is just another heavy bag routine. He can try to land a quick punch on Tyson as Tyson tries to close distance I suppose, I'm just not confident that Roy's power will dissuade or stop Tyson's forward momentum.
