    I like working at slow stroke rates as it gives chance to work on form. I love that you leave your mistakes in your videos as it gets rid of the expectation of perfectionism. Thanks for another great workout.

    Liked the challenge of keeping the watts and 500 meter rate the same at both stroke rates. also a good reminder that the start of the stroke is a push on the foot plate not a pull of the handle.
