There is no real indication that the green car has stopped. Perhaps add a motion blur effect to the back of cars in motion?

In CZ/SK yellow car is not using roundabout correctly. Yellow car using wrong lane. Also from the picture isn't clear how yellow and red car enter roundabout, just see that red car want to exit and yellow is in wrong lane. So red car must slow down or stop, to let pass yellow car. And i agree with @fredashay: IMO, the engineer who designed that roundabout is the biggest culprit here!!!

I encounter a lot of red car drivers where I live. As a result, I always drive very carefully in roundabouts, slowing down to less than 30 km per hour. These red car drivers know they are breaking the rules because nine times out of ten they hit the gas hard to avoid cars in the outside lane when they exit.

There isn't really enough information to tell from that image, but how did the yellow car get to be where it is, it either cut the red car to get on the roundabout or is in the wrong lane. Yellow

Brit here. I disagree. I think the yellow car is at fault, at least to begin with. The red car must have already been on the roundabout when the yellow car joined it - so the yellow car should have yielded to the red car. If it had, it would not be alongside the red car. I agree that, in the situation depicted, the red car is wrong to cut across the yellow car - but, in my opinion, the yellow car should not have been there in the first place.

Differs from country to country I guess. DMV is USA, not sure about their rules, probably different from the two other countries rles I know, UK (mirror the pic for correct side) and Germany. For UK youre right, but 1 thing makes me suspicious where the red one came from. It might even have overtook the yellow one. Or the programs placement is just rubbish, eh whatever. For Germany: The yellow one has priority over both, even when the red car joined the inner lane from above or right. If the red had to evade, well, then the yellow ofc fugged it up. But if red was on inside lane and yellow joined outside from left, yellow wins. For the green, can do this, but as said, if someone joins the circle from right, green may not change lane, no priority. Luckily we have not many 2 lane rb's around here. Or if, then with traffic lights (makes sense, when set up correctly). But there its more or less just an expanded "normal" crossing.

I could tell right away that the red car was in the wrong. I have used round abouts in both England and in the U.S.

I have no clue who is using it wrong! I just do what the yellow car does and stay in the outer ring and just drive slowly in case someone like the red car on the inner loop cuts across my lane to exit. IMO, the engineer who designed that roundabout is the biggest culprit here!!!

This is a terrible design of a roundabout. There should never be a middle lane, without a designated place where drivers have a right-of-way to exit the middle lane. The middle lane should be replaced with a cobblestone truck trailer overrun, to keep traffic in the outer lane.

Unfortunately, Las Vegas has ROUNDABOUTS ☹ Circular roundabouts are the worst traffic control measure ever invented. There is no safe spot in a roundabout. Drivers are left making all kinds of turns to get to where they need to go and many times they are not following the signs that direct which way their lane is taking them. Las Vegas Drivers fail to give way or yield to drivers already in roundabout, they do not stay in proper lane inside roundabout, they enter roundabout too fast, they come to complete stop inside roundabout, they do not signal in roundabout, they side-swipe other vehicles, they cut across traffic in roundabout and drive over the circle in the roundabout.
