  Right-of-way At Uncontrolled Intersection (no stop signs and no stop lights and no yield signs). This is a Trick question as each rural or residential area have different general road rules on this.

  There 2 different types of mentality with truck drivers ... 1) might makes right drivers meaning "my rigs bigger than you so I go first" and 2) courteous and safe drivers who let smaller vehicles go first most especially the truck is hauling a heavy load. There's another factor, if the Truck is a 5-or 7-Axel length, 28.5 foot Double, or worse a 9-Axel or Triple Trailer Combo ... if it takes the turn, it will completely wipe out the pink car.

  If no stop signs or yield or lights or as you say traffic controllers then any vehicle should yield to who is approaching first and yield to oncoming traffic. This must be in a very rural area from another country other than U.S. but the blue car has the right of way considering it is not changing roads or crossing to another road and is traveling straight. It does not have to stop if it there are not signs . The yellow car is crossing the intersection and must yield. The truck driver will also need to yield to oncoming traffic from across it or on either side. Left turns always yield and have the last right of way unless turning under a green arrow or if it’s a 4 way stop sign then all participants take turns depending on who approached first. The person on the right has the right away if more than one are completely stopped at the stop sign at the exact time.

  #2 yield and proceed. for me the traffic system in the USA is dumb AF LOL. like this scenario, when the left turn light is green, the middle lane in front of you should be stop or red, and the the 3rd or 4th lane in front of you can turn or go the opposite way, and all four right turns near the curb side can all go with caution, this way can prevent or lessen accident. That is why USA is the most prone accident in the world because of that dumb traffic system or whatever.

  Insurance companies have told me to always maintain your lane, so: If green, as you stated attempts to avoid blue and hits pink, and blue has no damage and drives away, someone better have a dashcam or get the plate, because now green is 100 % fault.

  If this was in Las Vegas, the Pink car is a Corvette driven by Barbie (Barbie, 2023); the Blue car is a Dodge Charger driven by Dominic Toretto (FastX, 2023); the Green car is a McLaren Senna driven by Frank Martin (Transporter 5, 2025) and the Red car is a Ferrari driven by James Hunt (Rush, 2013) AND it was the dumb blond driving the pink car that caused the accident to all vehicles..

  Unfortunately, Las Vegas has ROUNDABOUTS ☹ Circular roundabouts are the worst traffic control measure ever invented. There is no safe spot in a roundabout. Drivers are left making all kinds of turns to get to where they need to go and many times they are not following the signs that direct which way their lane is taking them. Las Vegas Drivers fail to give way or yield to drivers already in roundabout, they do not stay in proper lane inside roundabout, they enter roundabout too fast, they come to complete stop inside roundabout, they do not signal in roundabout, they side-swipe other vehicles, they cut across traffic in roundabout and drive over the circle in the roundabout.

  Answer is #5, up-down-up rule. This move is legal if a driver raises their dominant foot off the pedel and puts it on the clutch before the non-dominant foot hits the brake. If this happened in Las Vegas, the Bus would hit pedestrians and drive away leaving them in critical condition on the ground.

  Which car is breaking the road rules at this intersection? The blue car with left turn signal on signaling he's going to make a left turn onto the street with wrong way signs in front of it with traffic designed to go one-way in the opposite direction. If this was in Las Vegas, the blue car's driver is heavily intoxicated AND high on drugs; is hallucinating and stomps on the gas and hits the red car head-on killing the occupants in the vehicle. The driver of the blue car is unharmed; gets out of the car and runs away ... in addition to being under the influence, he is undocumented, uninsured, unlicensed and has existing warrants for his arrest in other states for felony charges.

  The lane with orange car has two arrow markings for right turn and a sign with two arrows for extra measure. One arrow is not enough, there has to be two arrows because the road engineer knows no one is going to obey just one turn arrow especially when it should be acceptable for the orange car to go straight as there are three lanes ahead.

  If this occurred in Las Vegas, all cars would go at same time. If they don't stop at stop signs why would they stop at a yield? I would suggest traffic lights but that's useless also as Vegas drivers run red lights all the time.

  My son believes if the red car approaches the traffic light similar to this situation a left turn is legal. But in his example the left turn arrow is red. The remaining conditions are alike to the video example. He says it is identical to flashing yellow. Is he correct?

  If this was in Las Vegas, both vehicles are heading straight and illegally street racing with teenage drivers smashing-the-gas (over 100mph in a 25mph zone) and it would end in a spectacular crash with debris scattered and multiple fatalities due to perilous reckless driving.

  If this was in Las Vegas, the blue car just robbed a bank and is trying to escape & evade and the red car is an undercover police performing a PIT maneuver (precision immobilization technique).

  If this happened in Las Vegas, the blue and yellow cars would be mom's pissed off at the red diesel truck for using Jacobs Engine Brake (jake brakes) that woke up their babies in the back seat and in a school zone so the mom's threw their half eaten danish at the truck. That's not all the mom's did but you don't want to know the rest.
