Burt Reynolds always did great fun movies.

Downs is nothing less than perfection itself in this film. This was an Oscar worthy performance of the highest order. Rarely do the finest actresses use more than their eyes. She uses it all.

A STELLAR cast, excellent acting as can be expected from them, good storyline and great directing!! What's not to LOVE about this movie?? Great one, thanks guys!!❤❤

WOW his impression of Cary Grant was spot on.

This is a different kind of Burt Reynolds movie. This character isn't shy about having a king-sized bed at his front door for business, and a regular bed upstairs for sleeping.

Twenty six year old Lesley-Anne Down looks fabulous in this movie. She was formerly married to William Friedkin. He was the director of such famous movies as:The French Connection (1971) and The Exorcist (1973) and To Live and Die in L.A. (1985)

A perfect movie, far and away better and then anything Mr. Burt Reynolds has been in!

See Burt doing his own stunts at the beginning? He started out in show business as a stunt man.

One of my favourite movies pity the taxi driver didn't get a credit for his name, loved him in the professionals episode "foxhole on the roof". Burt Reynolds. I first saw him in Smokey and the Bandit it was that movie that got me into cb radio when I was a kid.

Great script, great trick, great cast.

I liked the 2nd of this movie the best, especially how the government sets the stage and the trap. Just like today.

The 'Burts' just got that super extra special mild ... Thing :)

Burt left a legacy of classics behind his museum in Jupiter Florida was torn down 😢 No attendance I suppose but him n Clint Eastwood were top box office Clint was Dirty Harry n Burt was everybody else as Bob Hope would say thanks for the memories😅

Burt Reynolds was such a virile sex symbol here in his heyday, to the point it becomes almost embarrassing. But by the time he guest-starred in Burn Notice, he was a frail, noticeably worn out husk of a man. So sad.

Ya know Im probably wrong but Lesley Anne looks like the brunette in Srooged with Bill Murray n maybe Animal House 😅
