Rotisserie pork ribs with lemon pepper on a Weber

Rotisserie ribs smoked on a Weber kettle. Pork ribs are favourite of so many to smoke, bake and grill. Looking for new flavours and ways to cook them, so turning to the rotisserie, this allows the ribs as they spin to marinate in their own fat and juices, creating some of the best tasting ribs ever.
As with all my recipes I run through the selection, preparation, seasoning, BBQ set up, times and temps, so you can recreate this recipe at home.
As always, cheers for watching

Love your channel man, very funny all the skits love em. Texan here, love making lemon pepper ribs also. I use lawreys brand lemon pepper, and fresh lemon juice only. Cook over direct heat and flip continuosly careful not to burn, and it takes about 40 min. The quick hot cook makes the ribs crispy and the lemon pepper season is amazing. Nobody i know cooks em like that, but i saw your video and i was thinking damn those are probably better than mine 😂

Thanks @maryfrancis3 by all means yes, it is a little harder to mop with sauce. I'd be inclined to open the cage to sauce and pop back in myself.
