Big shuey where did you get your chimney starter
What am I doing wrong? I got ready-made quarter pounders instead of making my own. I have the bbq at 135 degrees celcius and after an hour the burgers are still only 64 degrees. The temperature of the burgers doesn't seem to get any higher either. It is not because of the thermometers

Personally, I prefer just plain old butter and salt on my popcorn. It doesn't get much better. My local IGA does awesome buttered popcorn. It's absolute torture when you go there and they are popping.
Schuey I bought my first charcoal grill last week! It’s great, looking forward to getting into some of your excellent recipes. The grill is tiny, but to be honest it’s perfect for only one or two people. I paid a bit more for a high quality one too. Great fun!
Looks fun. We use either cheese powder or rosemary salt.
I absolutely agree with coconut oil. I've been making popcorn with it for years. Awesome flavor!
A 1 beer timer for a 2 minute cook. I'm cooking on the weekend and it should take about and hour. Thats a 30 beer cook! Happy days.
