You have to pass the wiring out first, then install the stator in the correct position as per alignment indicators. Install the three cap screws with a bit of blue loctite and secure in place.

Salut i wanted to see how you insert the rotary shaft i cant pull out mine on my type 444LC

You have to remove the snap ring on the rotary valve side. Then tap the shaft out of the case. Leave the nut on the threads end to not damage them.

What oil did you use while putting the engine back together?

BRP XPS E-TEC full synthetic oil

Gasket and seals are from a Vertex kit available online or BRP dealer. Piston rings from Royal Distributing. Piston circlips from my local skidoo dealer.
