Hi, I've been trying to move the rotation tool in the middle of a letter and I'm having a tough time doing so. Any help for that?

If you select your layer and navigate to your anchor point property (press A on your keyboard) then you can move the anchorpoint and rotate the object around that axis :)

i accidentally clicked on my workspace while i had my rotation tool in effect, now i can only see a part of my workspace while the rest is black. Please help, i don't want to start all over

AE is finnicky like that :( Just try and restart the software. Make sure to save often and keep multiple versions of your files. I typically save every 5 minutes-ish and you can set that in the software setting as well :)
