Look what he did after he signed. Exactly what spurs needed and wanted. He can't do it if he's injured or a few games after injuries but he's on his best he stays his best. The fans adored the signing and performances at the start of the season without that spurs are out of Europe and plus this a player we were begging to make the england squad and now he's been in all of them

He's just not a middle of the road footballer though. His goals and assists in all comps since he joined Leicester. 18/19 - 7g, 7a, 1 every 203 mins. 19/20 - 9g, 3a, 1 every 257 mins. 20/21 - 11g, 8a, 1 every 157 mins. 21/22 - 18g, 12a, 1 every 120 mins. 22/23 - 10g, 9a, 1 every 135 mins. 23/24 - 4g, 7a, 1 every 173 mins. So he's contributed a goal or an assist pretty much every 2 games for years now. Is he world class? No. He's not Kevin De Bruyne, but he's one of the best in the league and he's literally shown that this season already. Jumping on him after he's returned from surgery is just stupid.

Cole palmer, for example, was doing nothing for the 1st few months, yet they think hes player of the season. Player of the season needs to be someone who's been consistent from the start.
