But don't be afraid, you deserve everything you want because that is what is so great about being human. We can get it if we look for it, we can manifest it. Believe in yourself. Take breaks, deep breaths, take it slow, enjoy the process, don't see it as a burden. If you have the privilege of dreaming, then make your way toward it.

That may or may not be so, but personally, the red color makes me feel relaxed, not energized. Something about the association of sunlight through closed eyelids, I think. :)

Good to fall asleep, helps to let go fear and stress and just relax very relaxing sounds nice meditation for the root chakra If you have strong roots you will survive. The root of all that is good is love it grows a tree to feed the world all life is made with the power of love all is love love yourself love others treat all life as you would treat the creator we are like trees that grow to blossom and give fruits if you act out of love you will create only love the root of evil and suffering is fear shame and hate, be free let go all what keeps you down let your love overcome all negative things you deserve love you deserve to be happy and healthy, you are strong you are power we will survive
