I love the addition of the waves as background noise. It balances it out. I always seem to respond well to nature sounds. Slept with my window open all night just to hear the calm sounds of rain and geese overhead and it put me to sleep. Thank you,and peace to all ❤ be still and prioritize yourself and your well being. The most soothing sound in the world to me is the OCEAN. As I child I spent hours @ the Pacific Ocean. Swimming, collecting shells, making sand castles and "mud pies" I served to my imaginary company 🤗

A healthy person has all of them unblocked from birth. You only neked to unblock one if you have trauma specific to that one chakra.

The energy flows in waves with crests and valleys. Man is the crests, the foam and flotsam, the product of cosmic energy swishing and splashing, swirling together to create Life. The fruit of the tides, the ocean of energy. What we can see is only a small part of the energy spectrum..

I've been having a lot of anger over certain things that it reminds me to tune in here sometimes and try to forget everything. It isn't easy but these pieces always manage to readjust me.

So serene, I can feel myself floating on the ocean waves. The smell of sea mist in the air, eyes closed and just letting go.. ease & flow. Makes me a little homesick, I miss southern California beaches! This is really amazing, thank you! 🙏💜😌🌊🌅🐳🐚

First light at Dawn during a Full Moon at ANY beach when weather is warmer and calm and the Tide is going out (low tide) the sound of UNDER TOW, as the incoming waves foam on the sand then go out quickly IS MESMERIZING !
