I worked in Chinatown back in the 70's, they had a bunch of places filled with central american women, I would fire up a joint, drink a beer and go in these small mirrored rooms and get half and half for $15. I was one happy camper. The whole Gramercy section a bit north was nothing but houses filled with more upscale white women it was $40 for 40 minutes, it was a feast. You had streetwalkers from 14th street all the way through the Gramercy section to 59th st...you had all types there. Screw Magazine had 10 pages of ads of houses in all five boroughs. Both markets in the Bronx were filled with latina and black women strolling, with Hunt's Point very, very prolific. There was live sex on stage all over 42nd Street.....Ahhhh the good ol' days

"Third World" is an obsolete name. During the Cold War years, the USA, most of Latin America, western Europe, Australia, Israel, and other capitalist countries that were on our side were called the "First World." The "Second World" was the USSR, China, and other communist countries. The term "Third World" didn't necessarily mean that they were poor (although most Third World countries were poor). "Third World" meant countries that weren't aligned with us or the communists. The Third World included India, Pakistan, Iran, and most Middle Eastern and Asian Muslim countries. In those countries, the First and Second World nations competed to bring the people and governments to their side.
