Currently a teacher but will be exploring home improvement sales. A lot of what you teach is how I run my classroom. It’s all about communication, listening, and understanding how people think with emotion. Learning how not to take things personally because it’s their response to a negative emotion. I would love to have a conversation with you about some social/emotional development that I plan to bring into my sales role.

Been watching your videos for 2-3weeks like to revisit some from time to time. Was skeptical, but dude it's my 3rd week as a sales rep now and I have at least 5 leads, 2 claims filed, 1 forsure claim next week and 2 more follow ups to get one started!!! All within 1 WEEK. We use his videos for training with our canvassers!! The iLevel Marketing team provides live inspection leads. Currently in the Carolinas and ready to be dispatched. If your inspection team follows up same day (best results at 15 to 120 min behind our team) our warm leads are documented to convert into 90% inspections, either immediately or by appointment. Our current clientele have an average 25-35% conversion of inspection into contracted roofing services. Of course, the quality of your internal sales team, and follow up will be the strongest influence on those conversions. The process is simple. Once you contract with iLevel Marketing we get to work getting you business. We bring an experienced team of 2-5 canvassers to cover a specified area for approximately 5 hours per day. We use handheld technology to send hot leads to your inspection team, as well as storm chasing software to pinpoint damaged areas. Your inspection team follows directly behind our team, no more than 90 min, to perform roof inspections. Justin - you crack me up. You're the 2nd person to recommend War Dogs. So my wife and I watched it and cracked up. GREAT movie. And yes - far more legal this route 😂😂😂 Glad you liked this video. No offense, but if you had $2k in savings why did you need to borrow $20 for gas from your mom? You also said that your family was hesitant about you joining the roofing industry but you also say that your mom suggested that you join the industry bc your step dad had good experience in the industry? I like your content and believe it has great value but this kind of jumped out at me. Thinking out loud I guess.

Hey Orca Capital LLC, no offense taken. I sincerely appreciate your thoughtful questions. And heck, I don't blame you for seeking clarity! Let me explain: YES I had $2k in savings. That was roughly 6 weeks of living expenses. I was already barely scraping by. Could I have tapped into my savings? Of course - but in my head, you do not touch savings unless it's an absolute emergency - so I asked my Mother for help. That "safety net" could have disappeared with a truck breakdown. My family was hesitant about me LEAVING my massage therapy gig. Why? Because it was "stable" income. Going into D2D sales, 100% commission only, with a 6 week "safety net," and no experience whatsoever had them very nervous. They did support ME, but they were highly concerned about the "risk" I was taking by going all in and leaving my job. Does that clear it up? Again - super appreciate you bringing up your points!
