Hey I'm new to your channel, and I'm also a new salesman. I found your book online and, I really like the your videos. I'm on my way to watch them all lol.. I literally have no experience though other than knocking for leads for 2 weeks. The guys I did it for literally has made this opportunity for me with out deserving it and i want to do everything I can to not let him down. If you have time throw some info my way. I get up on 1 roof every 3 people I talk to.. very realistic

We do roof sales, not by knocking on doors but by other means which is way better for us. My sales guys hardly work maybe only about 2 to 4 hours max per day and still make 6 figures. My competition is literally sending their guys out knocking doors from like 7am til dusk that sucks..

In this video you are talking about knocking on doors to set up appointments, but I have been trained to try to do the whole thing in one shot: knock on door, get permission to do roof inspection, show them pictures and even video of damage, then actually help homeowner place claim by calling insurance company with them. Then insurance company calls homeowner and talks them out of filing claim. That's happened 4 times this year... not sure how to improve the system maybe it's too much in one shot?
