    Hey!! Thank you for the question! For me I want to close $1.5M in business each year so I can make atleast $150K. So for me, I get 25 leads per week. Now, I may get 25 by Wednesday or I may have to work until late Saturday night to hit my goal. But either way I go until I get 25 l leads per week. This 25 leads may be a combination of door knocking, friends, family, business groups, realtors, or referrals. But the math makes sense for me. My average roof is $15k and to hit $1.5M in sales or 100 roofs. So, my goal is to work 40 weeks per year, get 25 leads per week, close 2.5 per week, and have a great Christmas 😀😀 2.5x40=100 roofs 100x$15k=1.5M sales $1.5Mx10%=$150K in commissions Hope this helps!! You gotta know how much you wanna make before you truly can set goals!! Shoot for the moon 🚀!! In this industry anything is possible in my opinion!! 💪💪💪

    Why not?...........because that little giant in the back of your vehicle doesn't look like it's going to hold your weight and I don't want a personal injury claim on my homeowners policy on top of the storm damage roof claim your going to want me to submit.

    Any tips on closing same day quotes? Example: home owner wants to wait until the spring and is collecting various quotes. The roof is ready to be removed and installed now. How would I help them understand the urgency of better now then later?

    Honestly I would ask how many layers their roof has if it has 4+ that’s not good because it can’t handle much weight plus that much weight could cause damage in the future they don’t know about because of the layer after layer. Offer them a discount/promotion. Let them know the price of it right now is the best it will be as how everything is increasing in price.

    @@zachbrotherton1204 no of course he's not lying but saying why not is an aggressive stance. Obviously not being interested you have nothing to lose at that point so if you want to try it go ahead but it's something I don't do. What I say is "I understand sir, but your still entitled to hear it right?" If they continue to say I'm not interested, I simply say, "I didn't expect you to be interested. Alot of homeowners here weren't interested as well before I replaced their roof. My company is interested enough in homeowners like you, they pay guys like me to knock on doors to create interest, sound fair"? Now I know that's alot but NY point is becareful how aggressive you come off at the door. But again, at this you have nothing to lose so say what you want I just wanted to give my take on the "why not".
