And quite a good/explosive one I think. Very often did I see some legit moves/training in Gym Fails videos just because people doesn't really know what they are seeing and immediatly thinks the person doing it is stupid ...

I remember when I was getting into lifting as a teenager I extensively read and watched tutorials for each workout I was planning to do as to 1. Not waste my time doing something wrong and 2. Looking like one of these jackasses about to break the machines. It's insane how grown ass people will sit there doing this stuff on the daily without a care in the world.
