Honestly they are kind, imagine someone come to you interrupt what you are doing and speak like that. They are all calm and listen him untill he say wtf things.

My absolute favorite part of these videos is when he shows the people trying to do what he did afterwards and failing. I would watch these all day long if there is a clip of each person trying to do what he did. It's so funny!

I love the look on their face when you start playing with the weights! The pauses blow me away too. Most would struggle with this sort of weight, but you just hold and reverse the lift easily. It still makes me laugh.
