I agree, muscle mass and weight are a smaller factor, than understanding how to utilize the maximum amount of focused energy. Our distant ancestors were probably not jacked up. The muscle movement required to maintain life is in our dna. Our bodies are designed for speed, endurance and agility. Obviously, our cultures divided, and different adaptations began. In the beginning though it was more of using all of our muscles to survive. It is fascinating to think about. I have been inspired by your videos. Thank you.

It's not just muscle density but strong ligaments and tendons. Bodybuilders typically don't have as strong ligaments and tendons proportionally to the size and strength of their muscles. Hence all the tendon and ligament injuries that frequently happen to them. Vs gymnasts and rock climbers who really train and strengthen the ligaments and tendons. And powerlifters to a greater degree than bodybuilders.

your videos are always hilarious and well timed. But, the fact that you are looking out for peoples mental health, seemingly more than physical says a lot about you. You are awesome for wanting the best for people man. Not many people like you, I hope you always stay like this. You deserve all the success you've received and will gain in the future! Take care, Anatoly.

It's very cool that you're an advocate for mental health - there are a lot of people having issues and if they see you talking about it, it may be that little push that gives them the encouragement to seek someone to talk to. It would also be cool if you included clips of when people recognise you - there must be some - especially if they don't let on and go with the joke 👍

I had one Anatoly moment in college years ago. I was doing my usual workout and was on the leg extension (quad) machine, and I could do the full stack easily 10 reps or more. I was around 6ft 175 at the time. When I was doing my reps, an extremely muscular (looked like professional body builder) black guy came over and said "wow look at the white boy with skinny legs doing all that weight!". He was cupping my one quad with his hands when he said it. He was huge his biceps were bigger than my legs. I just smiled and said thanks. Was pretty cool since he said it loud enough where other guys looked over.
