Carry a bag , pen, notebook and water bottle but it's not necessary

I don't live near the campus. I'll be coming to Delhi on 16th of this month and classes start from 17. Can you tell me if the uniform shop provide readymade uniforms or not . If not where can I get it from other than the campus store?
