Romanian Gypsies using children to beg

I have seen these Romanian Gypsies begging before and using children to beg, and reported it to police, which they have no care to address this behaviour, but have nothing but distain and contempt in their way in addressing me when I report this.
It's got beyond a joke that neither the police note council take this seriously.

I often have to go through that way, and the police ad community support officers are utterly useless in dealing with these beggars.
These people really let themselves and their country down. They have no shame.

They are Roma gypsies and more often than not, not even from Romania. They are a culture that lives in many eastern European countries that came originally from India and is spreading all over Europe. Romanians get very annoyed when they are described as "Romanian" instead of Roma.

@@tconnolly9820 You truly need to turn your tv off, and stop repeating their lies. I also notice the distinct lack of criticism of abusing these children this way. for the purpose of gaining money. These people aren't homeless, as their clothes are too clean and aren't tethered in a worn way. Also, this is a prime example why freedom of movement is a bad thing.
Sadly how prevelant this behaviour within the Romany Gypsy community is.

I remember when a lady asked for banknotes and not coins. Having a child with her with several men standing nearby, covering her actions.
