Sometimes ppl keep milk or wat not in bottle these things need to be sniffed or u will not get better water. I have plant(small scale)

Your delivery personnel in Abu Dhabi do not uphold the minimum personal hygiene standards for human being. Not wearing gloves and leaving evident traces of dirt and grease and god-knows-what! on the bottle neck! I called the company and they promised a change but nothing happened. Now I will take your bottles to the municipality and ask them to make a test for traces of feces on your bottles! I'm sure they will find some!!!

You guys are using so many steps of cleaning and the people using it would be more prone to food rejection other than Romana and they will be more susceptible and loose the in built capacity to fight the minor diseases.

There is no best , only better!

Romana Dubai office staff are very unhelpful seem like they don't care if they get costumer or not. I have to call them everytime I need water because no one come to our house for delivery, Sometimes the staff who answer my call refer to the another person and that another person referred me again to another person then to the driver's number, she or he said call the driver and tell him to deliver water for you. They are pain in the axxxx. They never update my file everytime I call them (Romana) they always ask me about my address telephone number and I told them many many times to update it, It's a year but nothing happens. and there are some darks in the bottles few of them maybe because they are old bottles.
