I have been buying 20 L bottles from the retailers in Ghansoli Navi Mumbai and they have been charging Rs.110 per bottle (Rs. 20 more than MRP ). This time I confronted them then he made it Rs. 100. He says that the distributor is selling them at Rs. 92 (more than printed MRP) and they can't sell at lesser than than. Hope some action is taken on this over charging by Bisleri.

Shop Ko MRP Se kam me hi ata hai & Aap Shop Se 20 LTR Khud Leke Jate Hai To Wo MRP Se denge Delivery karna Ho 110- 120 Charges lagake sale karte hai

Mineral water cost is less than 5 rps/ LTR, cost is bottle, labels, caps and transportation, so it has some cost but low than milk.

I worked in bisleri. Highest cost is met by margin to godown again godown to retailers. For 1 litre Bottle, label and caps together cost less than Rs.2. and water cost around Rs.4. Total cost -6 Profit to company-2 Profit to water plant owner-2 Profit to godown owners - 2 Profit to retailers- 8 Total -20.

The problem with bisleri is its reach. When you go to a retailer and ask for bisleri then either he will refuse by saying that he doesn't have it or at first he will give you a local bottle having similar name like brisleri or beseleri etc. If you ask him for better one then he will give you bailley. If you are still not satisfied then he will give you kinley. And if you are still not satisfied then only he gives you bisleri

Many locals vendors making duplicate bottles of bisleri water. So take strong action on this matter, thats why customer dont get orginal product. Bisleri India

You should also provide dispenser at reasonable rates for 20 litre bottle it will be easy for regular consumers who buy 20 l bisleri

But what is the point of so much hygiene and sanitation precautions when ultimately your transportation and distribution employees handle them in the most hygienic of ways? Transport in dirty vehicles, then stacked upon each other after their bases have collected all the dirt and germs from the truck. Refillable bottles also, are not cleaned and resupplied to the consumer in the same condition with dirt and scratches all over.

With such a trusted brand name ...bisleri should take responsibility of collecting the used plastic bottles...atleast they should put kiosk in public places for collection
