Wow, why all the hate?? I don't own any Taylor Swift music, but hats off to her for honoring one of the greatest bands ever! I can not be a big fan of someone but still have respect for them - she seems like a very nice girl.

+ZZBlue Comet Well, I agree that Mick Jagger -- one of the giants of rock -- is lowering himself. I do not see this as hatred of Taylor Swift. I don't hate her. I just think her music is totally forgettable -- unlike that of the Stones. Vast US media machine has been cranked up to promote Taylor Swift because she's cute and bounces around a lot -- but, music-wise, she has absolutely nothing to offer. At least so far. Maybe suddenly she'll actually come up with something of interest.

Actually, what I discovered about Taylor Swift is she started out as country singer, and if you go back to her first releases, she has a couple of good tunes--she had a lot of promise. I've always had a soft spot for good country music--Emmy Lou Harris, Lucinda Williams, etc--so somebody took a promising young country singer and turned her into another ridiculous pop star. She and her handlers have made a ton of money, but where she once had prospect of real musical career now she burbles bubble-gum pap.

Taylor Swift was Great, very classy and respectful young lady. She made sure to give Keith, Ronnie, and Charlie a little kiss as well, wonderful performance!

I loved it, in spite of the poor sound quality (Smartphone-related, plus the whoooing fan.) I've never seen Taylor Swift look more classy.

Hearing a lot of the guests that sang with the Stones, this was probably the best of the young bunch. Katy Perry (Beast of Burden) & others were a train wreck. - Perhaps she was smart enough to know she was singing his song and didn't try to make it her own.

She reminds me of Maryanne Faithful .....

Taylor Swift aint got nothin on Marianna Faithfull. (or any great artist.)

They did the right thing handing this to Marianne faithfull, there's nothing wrong with the singing here but it just doesn't work, it needs the soft gentle folky 1964 Marianne faithfull voice on it that even she ain't got now.

Absolutely awful! Crap! It sounds like they did not rehearse the song before they performed to the audience. Swift has an excellent voice, but the song is written in a key (G) which does not work for her range. Shame on both her and Mick Jagger for such a rank amateur performance.

+mattmannist She has no voice -- no range, no resonance -- she sounds like a teeny-bopper. Actually, I think she's a fraud -- when she has to sing with someone else, she cannot find the key, she loses the melody -- actually, quite frightening to think -- I've come to conclusion she either lip syncs her live performances or has another vocalist behind the scrim doing actual vocal. Sorry, Taylor Swift is just plain bad. She even looks like a robot--which may be 3rd possibility.
