We ordered a Reifenmontiergerät EVO2 + Wuchtbock + Starterpaket + Tasche) full kit. The order arrived some 10 days later but when opened we suspected that it was not all completely new... on closer inspection one of the elements was badly oxidised and several of the nuts supplied were the wrong size. We emailed to complain... no reply. We called and left several messages on their answerphone... no call back! Appalling customer service and second rate rate product for which they charge a lot of money! Is this the famed German quality???

Die Bestellung kam etwa 10 Tage später an, aber als wir sie öffneten, vermuteten wir, dass sie nicht ganz neu war ... bei näherer Betrachtung war eines der Elemente stark oxidiert und einige der gelieferten Nüsse hatten die falsche Größe. Wir haben uns per E-Mail beschwert ... keine Antwort. Wir haben angerufen und mehrere Nachrichten auf dem Anrufbeantworter hinterlassen ... kein Rückruf! Entsetzlicher Kundenservice und zweitklassiges Produkt, für das sie viel Geld verlangen! Ist das die berühmte deutsche Qualität??? No tienen servicio al cliente y el producto te llega en malas condiciones. Yo he comprado uno y lo he recibido oxidado. He intentado contactar con ellos, pero no responden ni al teléfono ni por email.

Funktioniert das auch bei Hinterrädern von Elektrorollern mit Radnabenmotoren? Durch den Motor in der Radnabe ist das komplette Rad in Achsmitte ja viel breiter als bei herkömmlichen Rollern und ich weiß nicht ob da dann irgendwas im Weg ist beim Abdrücken u. Aufziehen des Reifens.
