This is a real thing. カンチョー、or kanchō, is a just a prank, much like "pull my finger" or "52 card pickup".

"Kancho" is the word you were looking for earlier. I love you guys. Thank you for lightening my heart and it's burdens.

This is just outstanding - love the accents. I love how Jake reverts into a 12 year old struggling to say "I love you", probably the quietest he has ever been! Keep up the good content guys, it makes my week seeing this every Thursday.

So am I, it is as close as I gets to the accent we have here.

with the whole level changing thing at 8:56 everyone did it at one point. if you go through it frame by frame first jake does it, then gabby, then jake again, then ellis, then cath, then cath again, then jake again and finally ellis again. so in total the amount that everyone does it is, jake:3 gabby:1 ellis:2 cath:2

6:20 it's a child's prank in Japan normally referred to as kanchō

The funniest part about her trying to do the Texan accent is she come very close to sounding Cajun

As an American, Gabby's Texan accent was pretty damn good! Then again I am from Michigan...

She went from Texan to middle of the Bayou. Sounded like Ray from the princess and the frog.

Ellis, it is a Japanese childhood tradition. It's called Kancho and I can count on my hand the amount of times kids thought it was fucking hilarious when I was teaching over there.
