Roger indicated a few years back when asked in an interview: "Which tournament got away from you that you felt you should've won?" He indicated the 2009 US Open! Regardless, winning 5 in a row, making 6 straight finals, and 8 straight semifinals is more than impressive!

Sure is! But yeah, I keep thinking back to this one as his opportunity to have gotten the Grand Slam considering he won the AO the next year.

Man completely forgot this match existed. You can tell how Robredo got his revenge in 2013. Even tho it was a straight sets lost, he played well, especially that first set.
