In the Nvidia control panel you need to go to 3D settings and then hit manage display settings tab, optimus should be selected and you can switch it to Nvidia GPU only.

While I'm not sold on the ACRNM styling, I do otherwise love the Z13 tablet form factor and style. I have the 4050 version that I'm looking to potentially replace my Blade 15 / iPad Pro 12.9 combo for work travels. I'm thinking of picking up one of the last gen XG Mobile units with an RTX-3080 in it, which should provide more power than the 4050. Otherwise, pretty impressive little device. Got 30 days to decide to keep it or return to BestBuy.

My current mobile desktop setup is with the XG Mobile RTX 3080 and the 2022 Z13 with RTX 3050 Ti connected to an external monitor. Works really well!

Lol, I'm literally here scouring videos to figure out wtf that little velcro strap is for. I'll drop a comment if I figure it out. Ultimate mode in Armory should set it to only use your 4070, If it doesn't Armory may not be being allowed to make changes. On mine I had to change a setting in nividia's to let armory do its thing.

I watched every video possible to find out a couple of days ago ... and nothing. No one mentioned it=] So I thought that I'm just pure stupid because it needs to be something obvious if they do not tell about this strap. I will use it as a strap on my shoe LOL

I love this version, just having a problem with the keyboard with its fabric wrapped around them. It would worn out in less than 2 years and I feel like It needs to be more stronger fabric.

My son broke that keyboards ribbon cable twice in each 2months of usage. It’s really not sturdy enough.

My main complaint is how hard it is to find for sale! I ordered the Z13 w/ 4050, but I'd prefer more RAM and (ideally) bigger GPU.

I bought one and the only dislike is the keyboard. It doesn't have normal keys and Asus doesn't offer any other keyboard with it. I even contacted them to buy a spare or replacement keyboard for the regular Z 13 flow (they should work with this one) and they wanted to send it the unit for repair! Crazy that they won't sell you a replacement keyboard when the keyboard itself can be easily detached and attached just like Microsoft Surface. I wish they would at least offer other keyboards, colors or options, but you cannot even get a replacement. So, I'm still debating on keeping it or returning it because I've heard other Z 13 flow owners having issues with the keyboard after a few months. You may want to use an external keyboard whenever you can to save yours.

One thing I have to disagree is that it is very noisy on performance mode. It's my new gaming desktop replacement unit, because minimalism. But I have to play with silent mode, otherwise I would go crazy. Still getting 60fps, so it's great

It's definitely more than capable. I'd almost say they missed an opportunity with marketing because to me, the form factor is much more useful for designers and architects than your typical gamer. It's the perfect device to transport between work and home. And this may be just me specifically, but I find it WAY better to travel with than my laptop and it's absolutely perfect for me when I'm stuck working on a plane or at an airport because it fits in my backpack with all the peripherals while not sacrificing as much carry-on space as a typical laptop. I mean even the charge block is like, a third of the size of my Asus Zephyrus charge block.

That's a tough one. My concern is the cycle. Video cards are coming out too fast. I think I'm going to skip this version and wait until the next big thing. I couldn't pass this Acronym version up. My favorite laptop is still that Acronym G14. And, I'm really enjoying the new one. Hahaha. I don't know... I kind of just do things. Almost all of my devices were spontaneous. Kind of opportunistic. Like that MacBook. I didn't plan on getting it, but there it was, available. Same with that first Razer I had. It was just there. Same as this Acronym. I didn't even know it existed. And it was available.

I also like going for weird, unconventional and one of a kind product like this. And the best thing is it is not just for looks, this is actually a very powerful machine, it's more powerful than my lumbering tower work PC with a 10th gen intel and 2080super which costed me almost as much as this!@@Evilpasta

The battery isn't that good. It's better than my Razers. And probably better than most gaming laptops. But it's a gaming laptop... Not very good. I bet you would get ridiculous FPS on Dota though. If you can get past the small screen, this will make you happy

A good alternative is the newly redesigned Asus X13 with improved chassis. It is a 2-in-1 but I heard they will have a 32GB option with RTX 4070. I cannot say for certain but crossing fingers.

@@glenmacaldo3990 Depends on what your need is. The 2-in-1 is so much better on your lamp and doesn't feel like it will tip as well as the battery life is longer. Another difference is preference of Intel or Ryzen. Keep in mind the Asus X13 may have a 32GB with RTX 4070 model standard top of the line while X13 is 16GB and RTX 4060 (Acronym is the only one with 32GB and RTX 4070).
