I ship 20-35 lbs of rocks in those boxes several times a year. Physics wins when you ship that much in a cardboard box. I cut a piece of cardboard the same size as the bottom of the box and put one in the bottom and top, inside of the box. That distributes the weight better within the box. I also use zip locks like you guys and wrap some in brown craft paper. If the rocks can't move they are less likely to break the box. Then I wrap a strip of packing tape around the entire box in 3 directions. That keeps any seams from busting if it gets dropped.

Ever since I started watching your videos I have developed so much more of an appreciation for jaspers and agates.

@@rbm2017 my friend has found them throughout the Colorado’s in Kansas, Oklahoma, etc. there’s no way that they weren’t going out there to get that awesome material to make them anywhere material can be used to make points are found. Points will be found. It’s easier to carry back a bunch of finished points than it is to lugg material.

Man that stuff is awesome! Every piece you pick up is gorgeous! There is literally so much of it, you dont even have to move, just look around you! Thats amazing! Now i want a box of tumblers! how much are your boxes? Thanks for sharing! awesome!

so we do plan on doing it again but the boxes are going to be closer to $200. It was so much work for so little profit back then it’s just not worth it and it’s definitely very foreign to the desert so we’re thinking $200 a medium flat rate box plus the cost of shipping that box
