The automatic bending system made by Ltd Nord Robotics.
During the bending procedure the robot processes different sizes of sheets. The robot takes the sheet with vacuum gripper one by one from the pallet and brings the part for bending. The robot releases the suction during the bend and grips it at the end of the bend. During the bending procedure, the robot changes the position of its gripper if necessary. With the help of the positioning table robot rotates the sheet and processes the other sides of it. The robot stacks the finished parts together on different sizes of pallets.
