Thank you for another excellent video! I came for the FANUC knowledge, stayed for the one-liners like "rectal reach numbers" hah! One of a kind channel here
Great Job and thank you!
Hello Mr Willea and thank you for this dance lesson ! :D May I suggest that you make more videos on programming methods with examples, like you did on your first video "FANUC Pallet Array Programming". I really liked this video ! As I am a beginner in robotics, I am still learning the basics methods like : - how to structure a program - how to handle robot faults - how to do cycle restarts... So if you could show some examples of industrial programs, I would be very grateful.

Hi Joshua, this is a wonderful idea and it's something I've been thinking about recently. I may start a mini-series of "Back to Basics" and provide some tips on how experienced FANUC programmers lay out code. Please stay tuned in to my channel and you'll see these releases soon. I'm hoping to get more on a weekly or bi-weekly upload basis. Thanks for watching!
you made my day pal ! gonna try it soon !`
Hey Adam, thanks again for another great video. I would be interested in seeing a video regarding the 3 main 6-axis robot singularities (Wrist, Elbow, Shoulder) and some tips and tricks to avoid or work around them. Keep up the good work! Doug

This is an awesome idea for a topic! I will get right on that one. Please stay tuned (subscribe, ring bell) and you'll see when it's uploaded. Thank you!
Thanks for sharing your professional experience. Could you please make a video-tutorial with a sample programming using the SOFTFLOAT function? Thanks in advance!
i laughed so hard At the "Moon walk"
hello, Thank you for your video. I have tried several times but mine does not have "general positioner", i dont know how to get it. could you please show me how. thank you
Thanks for the videos, How do you make a seven axis turntable rotate continuously while robot moves around it?
Hey Adam, really like all your videos especially the one on DCS parameters, you are making everything so simple! As for this video, what if we want to turn our robot base 90deg with the X axis not aligned with the rail so that the joint 1 limit is shifted 90deg? somehow when I try to configure my linear rail to move in Y direction my TCP drifts away from my robot flange which is very annoying... Anthony
Hi Adam, thanks for your videos. I'm waiting for the KAREL lesson. Unfortunately our local Fanuc makes that training once per year. I was thinkng about making a language (JPEN) changing macro and then setting a user key, is a KAREL program the only option ?
The UTOOL orientation is not moving in the same direction as the added Machine Link. How do we get the Machine Link and UTOOL (green ball) to move in the same direction?
Adam great video as always. I can’t seem to get DCS to work while using group 2 for my rail. While using group 1, 7th axis everything seems ok. Possible I’m missing something while in the DCS settings?
Hi Mr. Willea, thank you for your videos! I want to know if you can put more than one robot on the same rail?
Is there a way I can send you a picture of my cell? I have two large cells side by side with the rail running along side the entirety of it. I make a program in one cell( a very large program 200-500 points) and I want to shift the program to run in cell 2. It’s about 10,000ish mm move. Once it’s shifted it’ll bring up motion limit errors or position not reachable. Any advice/input would be greatly appreciated.
Hi Adam, can you please teach us how to program Arguments, Path segment, ok to proceed etc. Thank you
Is it possible to add 6 additional axes to robot
I wish you didn't omit entirely the all-important step of associating robot to extrended or group 2 axes of motion. Nothing in video I see on what to do when your A:7 or G2 axis show change in position on TP but nothing actually moves in animation.
