Robert Peernock : A Conspiracy of Murder

Robert Peernock decided that he needed to get rid of his wife and daughter so that he wouldn’t have to pay out a bunch of money during a divorce settlement. He came up with a plan to make it look like they died in a drunk driving accident… Or did he?

If you are a victim of domestic abuse, please reach out to someone for help. Please call the national domestic abuse hotline at 1-800-799-SAFE. That’s 1-800-799-7233 or go to thehotline.org to chat with someone online. The great thing about this website is that, at any time, hitting the escape key twice will instantly take your browser to a google search page. In the event the abuser is nearby, you can ensure that you don’t get caught trying to get help.
If you are having feelings of harming yourself or someone else or even just need someone to talk to, please contact your local mental health facility, call 911 or call Mental Health America who operate the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-TALK. @@bamilekewoman373 I get being frustrated when listening to these stories, I want to scream this too, but let's not blame the victims. You and i have no idea what their situation was like. Most of the time, these victims are in cycles of abuse. They have had months and months of gaslighting and psychological manipulation to believe they are not worth anything, that they cannot do anything by themselves, and that the world thinks everything is their fault. The real world out there doesn't make it easy for them either. They may not have jobs, they may not get paid enough, their culture might ostracize them for divorce, etc., etc. It's never the victim's fault for not leaving. It's *always* the abusers fault for being a horrible human.

Just an FYI: if you see a car smoking or on fire it will not explode. Do not let a car smoking prevent you from saving someones life. If it's engulfed in flames do not put your life at risk, you'll just make it more difficult for first responders, but if you gauge that the fire is small enough you can safely get the passengers out then attempt to do so. Cars run on liquid gas which will typically not explode when set on fire. There's not enough oxygen. For a car to explode there would need to be an oxygen/propane tank in the car. I've had the displeasure of watching 4-5 cars burn in a garage fire at my apartment complex. They just melt. I had mentioned to the fire fighter that I was worried the car outside my neighbors apartment would explode, she is elderly and disabled(with an oxygen tank) and likely would be in significant danger. He explained it to me and let me know she was in more danger coming out of her apartment, directly into the smoke, next to the fire, as there is no way the car could explode and cause damage her her apartment. He said if the fire appeared it would spread to the buildings THEN they would start door to door evacuations. I stood outside her door and texted her that she was safe and if the situation changed I would come inside with a firefighter to help her and her dogs get outside, but that they said she was safer inside. It was really intense. They first responders did a really good job keeping everyone safe and getting the fire under control. The only casualties we're the family of birds that lived on the peak of the garage. The only injuries were from a guy that got into his car (right next to one that was on fire) to move it, so it wouldn't also catch fire. He had minor burns from touching the door as it was really hot.

Seems like Robert was suffering from “gang stalking” type paranoia at the beginning. While usually based in a small amount of reality, people who suffer from this take it to the extreme. They believe they are being plotted against by a large amount of people and highly powerful people. Usually these individuals become very aggressive with others (even strangers) as they think everyone is out to get them. I believe if people make multiple reports of gang stalking with little to no evidence, they should be evaluated by a psychologist.

Wow, I remember Robert as an inmate in LA county Jail. He’d come back from court and was always arguing like a ding bat with deputies. But he had the demeanor of Mr. Rogers, only evil. He was also a coward. and kept to himself. When the judge ordered his mouth to be duct taped, his picture in the court room made the LA Times. I recall that he was always mumbling with his head down going to and from his jail cell. Weird dude with no personality.

My dad was kind of like him, but less assertive / more afraid of other people. More Jeffrey Dahmer than Ted Bundy. Most of my extended family are like him in different ways. All project their own issues and securities onto others through psychological or physical abuse. As an adult, I realized what my childhood could have been if something had happened to my mom and she wasn't there to protect me and eventually divorce him and get custody. My mom broke the cycle of generations of abuse in multiple families on her own.

Thank you for uploading this episode. As far as I know nobody else has covered it. I got the book " Checklist For Murder " from Audible. I've listened to it numerous of times. What Natasha went through after the attempt on her life both physically and mentally was atrocious. Even her lawyer got a gun to keep under her desk and Natasha lost hundreds and thousands of dollars because Peernock was able to use that money for his defence and her lawyer was nearly bankrupt because she promised Claire if anything happened to her she would fight for her daughters and she stuck by that promise.. It's a very interesting read / listen. Thank you again. Natasha looks exactly the way I imagined her.

Persecution complex-that's what he has. If he had concrete evidence it would have been exposed by now but he had none and just insisted he had without showing any. There had been a lot of whistleblowers out there that managed to show evidence that's why it may take a long time but they got it out in public. He feels like he's the chosen one and his education really didn't matter by what he's been doing and the fact that he couldn't control his temper even when he should especially when he's in court! I guess his daughter is also part of the conspiracy and is still lying up to this day when she said he tried to kill her.

Which family annihilator cases have you heard about that has listened to classical music to accompany their crimes? I didn’t know of this.

This guy is the monster who keep coming back for you. Our society isn't even equipped to deal with people like that... nobody could really contain him it's beyond sad.

Robert died in Corcoran prison of covid at the end of 2021. Natasha had been awarded $11 million in a suit against him, but he refused to disclose his assets. Hopefully she and her sister are well.

Could you please look into doing a episode on one of my friends her name is Amy Lowe from Portland or. She was murdered and then concealed for days in a basement of a cracked house then burned in a fire pit in the backyard while roommates said they didn't know anything yet were there while it all happened. I'm asking because the case has so little media coverage and Amy deserves so much better. Thanks

WTH 🤦‍♀️? What’s wrong with people where murder becomes an option to your problems.? This is happening way too often in our society, which is severely slipping in values and mores.

It’s unfortunate that the people that are closest to you are also the ones that will harm you the most. I sincerely and respectfully hope that Natasha has found great people in her life after this.

Excellent as always! The thread we are left with is what happened to the 2nd daughter? Poor Natashia will have to be in hiding until that pos dies (hope she is doing well!)! Thing that worries me is that even you couldn't find out anything about her! I truly hope she is also safe and well hidden! Thanks again Jiles 😊😊😊😊
