Honestly If i was being mauled to death by a bear and he came over and said “Now look here at the bear using his claws and teeth to rip his prey apart. Truly fascinating” I would just stop screaming and listen to him explain it.

Its insane to think hes 13 here yet so intelligent and well spoken, at 13 i was a still a kid and barely knew anything. Props to him for doing his father proud of living through his legacy.

For what?? Exploiting animals in their natural habitats for his own person gain? My daughter was young when Steve was alive but he pushed the limits foolishly even when he had young kids. They can still honor him without putting their lives in a cage with crocodiles. Time for the tradition to stop.

Steve Irwin was ridiculous....I loved his passion for nature but his exaggerated ego had no place in the natural scheme of things. In fact it claimed his life. He should have just chilled out and watched....his tv personality overcame his inner respect for nature and resulted in his death. It seems that his son is going down the same route! Just stop! You don't need to be a tv personality. The natural world demands respect and some distance. Observe and make notes. You don't have to become the TV personality....there are better ways.

I was stung by a scorpion when I was little, as a kid, 3 or 4, I lived in Leander, my mom moved us to California (Elk Grove) then eventually moved back to Texas, (this time in Round Rock) I have been scared of scorpions ever since.

It brings tears to my eyes....Robert grew up to be so knowledgeable about animals. His daddy would be so proud of him. I miss Steve so much but I am so happy that Robert is carrying on the in his footsteps.

youre actually taught to do it working in zoos. you basically need to cater your lesson to the general majority of your audience. and that tends to mostly be kids alot of the time, so it tends to stick.

Even, and maybe especially, the wild ones are beautiful. Some of the prettiest animals ever on the Irwin's shows were mamba snakes that Steve found in the wild and there are many still living out there, just as worthwhile.

Robert has always been such an intelligent kid. The knowledge he has and the way he talks about every animal like they’re the best thing in the world warms my heart
