THIS. My ex never changed a diaper, would disappear for days, and just showed very little interest. After I left, he'd not show up for visitation, wouldn't pay support, and would disappear for months. But when I went to court for full custody, he played the victim and said I was alienating him, and he just wanted time with his kids. After court, he did the exact same things he did before court. I truly believe it's a narcissistic sociopathic trait.

This season has been incredibly hard to watch (but I know it’s incredibly important): as someone who suffered spousal abuse at the hands of a literal psychopath, I remind myself how close I was to becoming a murder victim. And how “it was a joke” until it wasn’t. I feel badly for their children. Even though they had loving grandparents to care for them and stabilize their lives, they lost both of their parents and it didn’t need to happen.

This case is a prime example of 'birds of a feather'. I wouldn't even know where to find someone to talk about killing their wife and DEFINITELY would never entertain a man who said he was planning to kill a woman or person for something like this. I guess good for the girlfriend doing the right thing eventually but the fact she stayed until after Farrah died is beyond me. People really are thinking of the bottom of the barrel when they describe someone as a 'good guy/father/husband/person'. My goodness

It's not normalized. It just get higlighted. How many social cirlcles are there that participate in this behavior compared to those that don't? Please do not generalize. You do not know as much ad you think you do. No shame in that. Also, women can be violent and vicious to other women too.

It's not just that; going around just casually asking people 'will you kill my wife?' is so intensely stupid that one has to assume they're joking. Robert is so stupid that he exceeds ones reasonable assumptions of just how stupid a person can be.

Ghastly case, what this dear lady put up with for years from this man and what a web of the most intimate details has come out in this murder. Well done on all the twist's and turns in this case, very well reported and such an interesting case. The law caught up with the killer in the end thankfully, thanks for this.

It pisses me off that she was so sadly let down. SO many people were told he wanted her dead, or he literally ASKED them to kill her, and NO ONE reported this. If someone came to me and asked me if I knew anyone who could kill their loved one, ID GO TO THE COPS. He told dozens of people and no one cared enough to report it. Its disgusting that it's so widely accepted for men to "joke" about women in such violent ways.
