Diggs is a head case but his talent on the field was enough for a team to look past that crap. But when those skills start eroding that really tips the scales away from Diggs. In Buffalo's 6 game winning streak to clinch the number 2 seed in the AFC Diggs had maybe 10 receptions. He will be missed sort of. Houston will be able to use him as a number 2 but is all the crap that goes along with that enough to balance the scale.

I disagree. If u have a josh allen level qb u always have a chance. They just need to draft well.

The Chiefs won two (2) consecutive SBs after letting Tyreek Hill go via free agency. Tyreek is arguably the best (or second best) WR in the NFL, so after he went to Miami, everyone thought it would hurt the Chiefs badly. It did not. And while the Chiefs’ offense did struggle a lot in the regular season in ‘23, when it came to “crunch time”, the Chiefs’ offense improved and was “good enough” to score more points than the Dolphins, Bills, Ravens, & 49ers, teams whose offenses were arguably better than the Chiefs in the Regular Season. And looking back historically, when we look at every SB winning team, the best player on those teams was never a Wide Receiver. They have typically been QBs, RBs, DLs, and/or DBs. And while had Stephon Diggs played better against KC in the Divisional Round, that was no guarantee that would’ve put the Bills over the top. And the Bills won their last 5 games of the Regular Season in spite of Diggs playing poorly during these last 5 games. So iMO, the Bills will be just fine without Diggs. As long as the team has Josh Allen, they will always be the favorites in the AFC East. And I’m a Dolphins’ fan who can’t stand the Bills.

There’s still an absolute possibility that the Bills will make moves for wide receivers. They can look at a guy like Hunter Renfrow from the Raiders to come in and play their slot wide receiver position. Cincinnati has a couple of receivers that could be had, and I believe T Higgins is an unrestricted free agent. Don’t count the bills out yet

Over 30 million cap hit ? There is a lot more to this story than meets the eye . Diggs is great , when it is going well , when it isn't he is a disruptive factor . My guess is that things were occurring with Diggs as his production was dropping in the second half of last year . This move was neccessary and it doesn't diminish the Bill's. They were 7-2 coming down the stretch without a big impact from Diggs.

Really? Against Miami in week 17 last year Diggs caught 7 balls for 87 yards and 0 TDs. Against NE the week before, 1 catch for 5 yards, no TD. Bills still probably win the division this year and Allen probably throws fewer INTs.

Maybe I have too much faith in Josh Allen (I'm not a Bills fan, I'm a Texans fan) but right now I think Buffalo will be fine if they draft a WR and will win the division. Idk how Buffalo will stand against the Chiefs, Ravens and Bengals (assuming Burrow stays healthy) but tney are still a threat in the AFC With that said I am so glad Houston is going all in on building around CJ Stroud. This is as good and aggressive of an offense this team ever had. We need to make the next step. The AFC is way too good and way too competitive with TLaw and Anthony Richardson coming back healthy in the division, its even more important the Texans do everything to build a winner. We are chasing the big boys of the AFC with a very tough schedule.

Are you crazy, if Rogers can stay healthy, Jets will win division, defense is lights on versus the pass, Rogers won't need to be MVP caliber, just don't turn the ball over, which he never has his entire career, and play smart which he has his entire career

@@Ckearney88 Idk how I missed the Chargers part my bad lol. It ain’t September yet. But both got some work to do. all defenders Bills got read of choked away a game in 13 seconds and never recovered. I’m not seeing it as a huge loss after that lol. I still want the Bills to get a new HC. Sense he’s also completely out coached every big game Bills have been in. Don’t matter if Allen outplays whoever cause Bills coaching staff/defense find a way to give the game away.

I want people to think the Bills are dead. They did the same thing the second half of last season. We play better flying under the radar.
